Been here several times and is very disappointed that they are selling j*** chicken and pork with no j*** sauce. Every time I go I hear the same story, that they are unable to get the ingredients from a particular supermarket to make the sauce (maybe you should consider getting a substitute). Looking back on your reviews from 3 years ago I noticed that customers are complaining of the same issue. So that is telling me that it has been an on-going problem. You cannot sell j*** food without the sauce. For something so small you could be loosing out on having more customers.

. The amount of ineffective time management for a small business is ridiculous. I had to wait OVER AN hour for cold food. When I call to inquiry about the food the employee was incoherent had no idea went from '' the order is ready to oh yeah I am working on it now".... Sadly I will not be able to continue to support a restaurant that does not respect time of their customer and their product.

I downloaded this app solely to leave a review.. Customer Service is POOR and DISGUSTING. I would not advise anyone to go to this location. The owner/ manager is just rude and has no respect. And I'm leaving this review after my 4th visit there. I wouldn't never eat from these people. With that attitude I can only imagine what she does with the food. Please ask UPS to refrain from sending your packages there as well. Some people just don't need to have those types of businesses cuz it's not for them. And you can tell by the many awful reviews under here that there's clearly a problem.. And I only left a star in order to get the review posted. I am disgusted by this place!!!

Wonderful family restaurant.Found the king crab boil Wonderful! And the garlic bread divine. It's a family restaurant if you have time to chill and have some wine or beer. No express lane. Good quality food and nice vibeI'll be back!!!!!
Ordered Takeout but the person missed my phone order when I went to pick up he doesn't have my order saying an excuse. The management has to take care of that. When comes to food J*** chicken , fox tail with sweet plantains and friedstuffed chicken can be seen on the counter right must try too good.

Amazing! I'm never disappointed when I eat here, the food is always flavorful and delicious. I havent tried the oxtail yet because everytime I go, its sold out, but its easy to see why. If you want to try the popular dishes, you must come early. If you're looking for delicious Jamaican food, this is your place to go! The service is a little slow, but the young boys in the front are incredibly polite and kind. worth it!!Try the j*** pork on the weekend!! Sooo good
