The girl who was preparing the order never stopped talking while preparing the food and had nothing in her mouth. I don't think I will return to that place even though I like it. I plan to go to another location.

I just want to say thank you Deesha for exceptional service. I felt as if I was at 5 star restaurant. Her attention to detail was incredible for example she saw Me grab a packet of mayo and brought me another with the food with out me asking. As I was eating she ensured that I was satisfied with my meal. Not to mention, when I came in she acknowledged me and welcomed me with a smile. She also helped me with my rewards app. All in all exceptional service, do not lose her she is a keeper. Thank you Deesha for making my Tuesday lunch pleasant.

Went inside to order take out due to being my first time there and told them that. Kid they took my other was very friendly however, I felt I should have been guided better as I told him 1 patty was enough as 2 was to many and that I wanted grilled onions and fries but no drink and I ended up with a double patty smashburger with fries and custard cup for myself and a $21.36 Bill... It would have been ok if the food was tasty and edible but the fries were not only big enough for 3 people they were literally ice cold and hard, the burger was warm but the outside was overcooked and dried out and the middle was cooked right the onion sauce was not a sauce but a paste the side not look right I was afraid to taste it and since I was back at work I couldn't return it so I tossed it in the trash and ended up getting chips from the bookstore for my lunch/dinnerNeedless to say I was very, very, very disappointed ~

Decided to try Burger FI Strongsville, Ohio for the first time. When we placed our order no one was in the store. Customers came in after us started receiving there food. Spent $50, and never received our food. Not even offered a refund. Will not be returning.

Best burger place I’ve ever been to! Portion sizes were incredible and the food was very high quality. Cameron at the front desk was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time! 10/10 for sure.

Danny was the man on the grill and he was so helpful when I asked what was good on the menus? He had a great recommendation and the food was awesome! I’ll most definitely be back soon.

First time coming inside to order. Two employees, both looked miserable. Wasn't too comfortable with the automated 'do it yourself so we can save money' system and couldn't figure out the last part of it. Miserable looking (non-cook) employee #1 was just staring at me and couldn't be bothered to offer assistance. Left in disgust. Won't be giving this greedy, soulless corporation any more of my business.
