Simply amazing! Heaven on earth! My fav is the salami and cheese and the griyo! The pizza pate is fire as well! Great seasoning, nice and hot. I recommend you order on the app ahead of time because if not you'll be waiting a while at the restaurant and alot of people go back in their car to wait for the food.

If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. We sat for 4 pates for 1 hour and a half. Only to get a breakfast pate with bacon on which I don’t eat pork . It says on the menu that you can substitute beef sausage for bacon but I never said anything about a substitution. It’s like they just give u whatever they got available with no warning . They were out of picklies CS was disgusting careless and moved even slower when you asked for an update on your order. PISSSSSSSEEEEEDDDDDD. Overall everything I mean everything 0/10

Food is good but services is awful . They will look at you and expect you to start speaking without being greeted . 1 hour wait for 2 patties

I used to like Chez Katu idk what happened but they went downhill, I ordered online and I arrived at the store at the exact pickup up time , I was being asked to wait 20 minutes. 3 hours later I got my patties and I was missing some ? went back and waited another 10 minutes, got the patties and it was soaking in oil and the quality of the patties are not the same they used to be years ago , and they downsized the portion . They got that Keith Lee review and let it get over their head . Will not be back

Our haitian restaurants need to better in alot of areas. The only thing I will give them is that their pates and drink are good. Their app sucks because there's some items that are not listed as sold out and it still lets you buy it. When you get there, then they tell you the item is sold out and it's a hassle to get your money back. Very ghetto. I went to pick up items that I paid for on the app, only to find out they (rudely by some manish-looking woman) that there's no more chez katu sauce...things I paid for on the app. Her customer service was rotten. If you're looking for great service, it don't exist here.

Been visiting ChezKatu since I moved to SoFlo years ago. The food used to be both phenomenal & fairly priced. Just like most things, inflation has affected not only the pricing here, but also the quality. The pate’s are noticeably smaller, the crab in the seafood pate’s has went from jumbo lump to shredded claw meat (even though the prices jumped an additional $3 on them), the shakes are virtually flavorless and the size of the Katu sauces have decreased. I understand the unfortunate effects of inflation but it seems that ChezKatu is just price gouging atp. Katu’s business model needs some serious revamping. Maybe limiting some of the menu items would help with overhead and providing a more quality experience for customers, new & old. I’m hoping for a turn around in 2024 for what used to be one of my favorite spots in Miramar.

I ordered 3 patties through the app. 2 spicy sausage with cheese and NO onions. I also ordered 1 beef patty with egg with NO onions. I also had a lemonade. When I got home ALL of my patties had onions. I couldn’t even eat them. 1 of the patties had hotdogs inside which I never ordered. I never got my beef patty. After I got my food the girl was sitting there with her phone and I got ignored when I asked for my lemonade at the drink pickup station. She took a guest after I was waiting instead of making my drink. I had to call over another worker to make it for me.I drove 25 minutes to get there and 25 minutes back home to only get 3 patties that I couldn’t even eat. 1 of the patties wasn’t even what I ordered. I am so disappointed with this Restaraunt. I spent almost 20 dollars of my hard earned money and after a long drive home I had to go to sleep hungry. I tried calling the store around 8:50 to let them know, but THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE on the app or on Google. Why wouldn’t a Restaraunt have a contact number? What if people live far away and can’t come back? I’m guessing they can mess up peoples orders and never be contacted about it: This is ridiculous.

The food here has declined over the years. The Pattie's used to be much larger & stuffed more. The service here is horrible, the people at the front barely speaks English. Also today it smelled bad! Like a nursery home. This establishment should have improved over the years but it still looks empty & beat down. The food is still very flavorful & always fresh.

I appreciate the store being open 7 days a week and some well known people stopping by to try the food but that does not mean jack the prices and put as little filling as possible to maximize profits. Been eating here since it was at the house location and its a shame to see the progression. If your going to cheat us out of the pricing and serving portions then atleast re invest some of that money into the store. Its hot and smells sweaty.

The food was great.....not necessarily your authentic paté kòdé, but I liked it. They make their patties slightly smaller with less flour. Their juices are also good, and do not forget the Katu sauce.....it goes great with the food.....overall...Bon bagay!

I had the worse experience, I waited in line for a KATU sauce which cost .50 cents and when I got to the front, this VERYYYY RUDE man aggressively said that the sauce is now raised up to 1 Dollar and that they haven’t “changed the sign yet”. This was a horrible experience! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!

I use to love chezkatu from the bringing. But, today wasn't a good experience from flavor of the pate and costumer service. The spinach pate had barely any spinach in it. The seafood patti was mostly dough. The flavor of most of the pate was mediocre. And we order almost everything on the menu. For the amount of money we spend, definitely wasn't worth it. Drove an hour away just to go there. At least the passion fruit mango and lime juice was good.was good.
