Pretty standard. I ordered pick up for catering and I had to wait 30 mins, despite arranging a pick up time. That's part of why I'm giving it 3 stars. I wasn't very happy about that. Nothing out of this world as far as the food was concerned but it was at least freshly prepared and the drinks were fine. Since I just picked up catered fajitas for a party, I can't speak to the ambiance but the restaurant looked clean. The staff were friendly (even though the food wasn't ready) and they seemed to try their best to get it together once I arrived.

Updated review: wow we just had a terrible curbside delivery meal. The process went smoothly and the food was out right on time. Got home and the boneless wings were room temp (at best) and slimy, the quesadillas (my meal) wasn't even a little warm, my wife's steak and avocado was cool to the touch or maybe room temperature at best. Really terrible food today and I am glad I didn't order the ribs based on how these other meals were.

i am a chilis addict!! our server was super nice (forgot his name) but let's just call him bearded man. he was super attentive even when he had other tables to deal with so A1 serving. i got the 3 for me which i soo miss the 3 for $10 but things can never go our way sometimes ordered the chips that my madre and i shared, in which they came out warm so A+ for that!! love those thin chips i then ordered my fav cajun pasta with chicken, i love this chilis because they're not like 49st serving me some dry pasta...anyways, took that to go! i then finished my meal with the iconic lava cake which i devoured in a minute :) i love you chilis and your molten lava cakes thank you for satisfying my cravings even on a monday night

People might argue that the waiting times are atrocious, but the awesome thing with Yelp is that you can use their app or website to see the estimated wait times live! I will agree that it takes longer than expected for the employees to bring your stuff to the table. Though, they appear to be short-staffed.Wes is my favorite waiter here - I love his energy! I've tried their Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Southwest Chicken Soup, Oldtimer With Cheese, Chili's Secret Sauce Burger, Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Just Bacon Burger, and Chicken Crispers - they're all tasty! This is by far the worse location I have been to. Ive eaten here for a few times and my experience was always mediocre at best. I decided to give them one last chance today for lunch, and true to form, it was terrible. I ordered curbside and i was sent a link to advise them that I was in the curbside parking. I paid online so all they had to do was bring it to the vehicle. I checked in and waited almost 10 minutes, no one ever came. I went inside there was no one in sight and my food was just sitting on a shelf by the takeout door When i got home I had pasta saturated in alfredo sauce with about 5 shrimp. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!!!!

I come here with my kids usually once a month. Their prices are very affordable fora family of 5 to be able to eat out during these economic times. My kids get a kids meal which is a very decent size. I got the Cajun shrimp pasta with a drink and chips & Salsa for $13. Decent place to get a drink and sit at the bar as well.

Not too happy about this experience because by the time the server came to our table we were so starving. Anyway, he end up being a great waiter and that's why I'm giving the 2 stars they're all for him! The food was not good, let me start wit da chips which were so greasy, the steak I got with the sauce was tasty but I didn't like the way they served it or the fact that it was a little overcook. The fries that I got as a side were so bad. I'm definitely not going back and I'm so sorry for this review but it's the experience I had. And I forgot to mention that the Sprite or the water that I got tested so bad.
The caesar salad could have definitely been better. The pasta itself was pretty good. I wish it had more flavor but overall good for the price your paying. Staff is friendly

The service has not been the best here at least for the last 2 times I have gone. We were a group of 7 and packed into a small tables and there was not many options to add another table except sitting at a separate table. We had to send the chips back because it tasted stale as if they had been sitting out for a little. They gladly replaced the chips and I must say the food was good. Some items were a little salty but still delicious.
