This is my second time going to this location and this experience was just as bad as the first. The manager is rude and unprofessional. None of the workers and speak English and she does not speak Spanish. So it's a communication nightmare between her and the workers, which gets passed on to the customers. The food was salty (both times) and how they slop it onto the burrito or bowl is disgusting like prison food. One worker wiped the counter with her gloves on and didn't change the gloves to serve the next person their tacos. Disgusting! I will not be going back and do not recommend it. That location has been open long enough now for them to do better.

They are very stingy with their portions, especially with online orders. You ask for more, the staff gets upset. Went through the chipotlane and I was there waiting for 10 minutes, so I had to go inside. But when I went inside they told me I needed to go through the lane and refused to give my food to me in person.

service was terrible. I’m latina, and these older latin women were straight up rude and condescending. the one who seemed to be the manager running the cashier had a terrible attitude and made it seem like any little request I had was the biggest burden. I almost felt like they were laughing at me? Safe to say I will never go to this location again. If you’re going to be such a downer at work, then maybe you shouldn’t be working there.

The staff is rude, disrespectful, & aggressively rushing you when the store is even empty. The portion sizes are kids meal worth on burrito bowl sizes. The overcharge you for sides that are inside the bowl. This is the worst Chipotle in South Florida due to bad customer service, lack of work ethics, & aggressively rude & horrible communication. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STORE !

I was serviced a burrito bowl & I was serviced less than portion sizes for my burrito bowl & charged for extra sides that was on the side for my bowl Willam The store manager was called in & was aggressively rude asking me to hurry up decide that he isn’t going back & forth it’s either I want it or not. The 10 years I’ve been a customer I’ve never been disrespected at any chipotle store. I was the most respectful but the store manager customer service was horrible.

I never write reviews but the staff at this location needs another week of training. There are 3-4 people on the line, jumping around from the meat station to the toppings station, causing a long wait. Non of the employees speak English. They are always out of something... It's just a mess in here.

Manager on duty was very rude, refuse to give water cups out. The place is a mess 90% of the time so it's not even appetizing to sit down and eat here.Manager on duty also said its 1.50 extra for extra white rice. I even confirmed with him that he was talking about the rice. Was excited for this new chipotle since its right next to My gym but it's been nothing but a let down. You guys need quality control on your staff members. Will not be coming back.

Newest location I've visited multiple times. I was actually there today for lunch again. Portions are good, the place is very clean, and although I had issues about certain staff members in the past, today there were no issues. I previously complained about the restroom being locked, and you require a code that the staff will not share with you until you finalize your purchase. There is almost always a wait time at these restaurants. I don't understand why this policy is in place. This is a great, affluent, and newly built shopping center/community. This is not a location that should have a policy like this. Today, as I sat and ate a guest came over to me and asked for my receipt so she could use the restroom. Change this policy, Chipotle gods...
