This location has the worst group of employees. The place is dirty. They allow homeless people to sit inside with blankets over top of them while good paying customer don’t feel comfortable sitting down to enjoy their food and drink that they paid for. The smell that was coming from the homeless person was very offensive. When I addressed the situation with the young employee, she told me that I was being rude. On Christmas Day 2023 I made an order online ant 8:30am, paid for it. When I walked over to pick up my order the location was closed. On the website it said Christmas Day hour are 7am. As usual this location is poorly ran and never has the items you want if you visit after 10 am. They seem to never have product for customers. The sad part about this is, Miramar Town City is building new state of the art apartments which will house over 500 plus new people with new businesses. The only competition is the cafe shop right across from them. This location is always dirty, meaning the fliers, the counter and the service station is always dirty and never has the supplies you need to top off your beverage. This place is disgusting and poorly owned and managed. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Last but not less the outside sitting area Is a wreck and smells from the area mean the ground being cleaned. Flies are all over the place and the windows are always dirty. Everything should be cleaned daily not just once a year. Hire quality people and not just bodies with no common sense.

I have ordered here numerous times. Lately it has been getting dirtier and dirtier with the bathroom being all clogged and water overflowing into the dining area and the garbage filled all the way up. Also the outdoor dining tables are a mess as well. Needs to be better cleaned.

I visited this location several times. I usually do not write a review unless I have been to a location enough time to truly gage the environment and the people within the environment. When I went in the afternoon there was a young man there. He is of black genetics he is attentive and moves very swift when it comes to orders and taking care of the customers. The atmosphere itself is very dark and a little outdated and dirty. There selection of donuts are limited during the week and larger during the weekend. When I went in on the weekend during the pre afternoon hours there were only two people who were working. They were the only staff within the building which I know it is weird for weekend business especially in a coffee shop. The young lady was very busy making drinks and the young man seemed very disinterested in being there. There was another lady waiting to place her order previously before I decided to order. The line was growing behind me as I waited in line to make my purchase. She snapped at me when I asked if someone was available to take my order. She let me know that they were behind on previous mobile orders and that I would have to wait. After several minutes she finally took my order. It was an experience to say the least. It was not the best of service and it was not pleasant.

This Dunkin Donuts is consistently bad. Constant turnover. They're not properly staffed. Management needs to step in and get it together. The Dunkin down the street off the turnpike and red road is always good, they should take some tips from their management team. Also they serve day old bagels so that sucks too.
Bro this is atleast the 6 time I came in here and they take forever on the front counter the line is long and one lady on the cash register and one mopping a clean lobbyThis ridiculous atleast take the orders then go make the coffee ?? I been in here 15 minutes still standing in line as I’m writing this review please work on this Drive Thru is fine

Worse dunkin Ever !Walk in to buy donuts as I stand in front to see what was available (this is all we have available of donuts 8 total the employee immediately replied ) worse customer service ever, the person had an attitude, he put the donuts inside a bag and throw them in the counter, not friendly at all and the coffee well straight to garbage not well prepared . Really disappointed. I understand many places are under staffed this days but the ones that have the job should at least be a little more friendly I guess, at the end costumers are the ones paying for the business so they can pay your salary !
