Slowly starting not to become my go to Dunkin. Recently, every time that my wife and I have gone, they have consistently messed up my wife's order. I will say they did offer to remake the order, but before they did, they had put up a bit of an argument, which isn't very good customer service in my opinion. I may give them one more shot since it is such a convenient location, but after that, I may have to go out of my way.
Box of black coffee and 2 dozen donuts is great for the office, meetings, morning events/gatherings. Not sure if they are under staffed but they were quick to take my order but I waited longer than what I expected and I went after 10am. Other than that everything was good.
