I usually order their food on Uber eats late at night when everything is closed, but tonight when I was very hungry, they messed up. I ordered a chicken burger with cheese fries, but when I got my food, my burger had bacon in it?! I called the restaurant and the guy told me that the chicken burger comes with bacon in it?? Like bro, I order this sandwich all the time and the bacon is usually never there. This is my last time ordering from this place.

$14 for 1 Hawaiian Hot Dog and a Posto Bon Soda. Per menu price should have been $8 for both. When I asked the waiter he said that they had not updated the prices on the menu. This was for a carryout order. This place used to be good. It is a shame it is going downhill. Other posts about the staff are point on.

Como es posible que te cobren el 18% del servicio ? Nisiquiera dan la opcion de dar tip solo te lo sacan sin avisar! No me parece q me cobren 10 dólares de servicio por un servicio q Nisiquiera me gusto. Todas se tomaban su tiempo y la cajera más todavía viéndose las uñas "literalmente" y con su lentitud viene a atender después yo estando ahí parada!... me parece q cambiaron mucho las cosas en este restaurante y para mal y lo de el típ.. Nisiquiera un restaurante 5 estrellas te hacen esto por Dios.

I do not recommend this Colombian Resturant , very poor customer service, they took 2 hours to make my food and I ended up canceling the order because they told me that my food wasn’t still ready! Very disappointed

Very underrated place! Spacious environment; dine-in and take-out available. Portions were perfect for a hungry gal like myself. Everything was freshly made and will definitely be coming again! Customer service was 4/5, could have been a bit more attentive but not a deal breaker since it has a "fast-food" atmosphere.

Terrible service! I do not recommend this place at all! I asked for a combo which includes the drink and then got charge $3 for a soda. When I asked about it she said that particular drink was not included but she never told me this. Very rude and refused to apologize for not disclosing that the particular brand was not included in the combo price. Muy mal servicio. Pedí un combo y cuando voy a pagar veo $3 por la pospón uva. Resulta que la pisto on no está incluida pero ella no me lo informo cuando lo pedí. Cuando le pregunte se puso muy grosera y ni siquiera reconoció el error. No recomiendo este lugar el servicio al cliente por parte de la ''manager" fue muy malo.

Servicio al cliente fatal. La mesera cero amable y nos atendieron de mala gana. Las 2 ultimas experiencias fueron malas pero peor la ultima vez. la comida nos llego totalmente por separados. Eramos 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños) y le sirvieron primero a mi esposo, 15 min despues a mi hijo, como 10min despues a mi hija y como 20 min despues a mi. Una hora esperando mi hamburguesa (sin exagerar) Ridiculo! Y las meseras brillan por su ausencia. Voy desde que abrieron ese negocio pero despues de estas experiencias la verdad ni regalado!

Super dope little hole in the wall. My boyfriend is Colombian and loved their logo and wanted to try them out. The place was empty but looked super clean. The lady who served us was so nice. We ordered 2 perros de la casa and they were AMAZINGGGGG. Also had the beef empanadas. They had Spanish Mexican music playing in the background, and I really enjoyed that. Definitely recommend this place for a nice lunch. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more of their food. Great big clean spot, delicious good for a great price.
