The best service I have ever had in an ihop and all thanks to the incredible and adorable Rochelle, she was very attentive and did a great job at her work, we need more workers like her in our stores, thank you very much Rochelle and ihop for a great experience.

Going to IHOP on an early Monday afternoon was a great idea.
Ordered DoorDash from this location and it was the worst experience ever, I did not receive half of my order, I ordered a family meal with 2 sides and hot chocolate, we didn’t even get half of it, and the food we did receive was in portions that could feed birds. On top of that the packaging was very poorly handled because although the bag they put it in was sealed the containers on the inside were open and food was out. The dasher texted me when he arrived and when he left that location and the 30 minutes he was there you would think that at least they include everything that I paid for and have it sealed decently. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid. Recently came back into the area and had a craving for some breakfast for dinner. Drove up to am empty parking lot and a dim exterior. Saw movement inside so decided to give it a try. Stepped inside and was greeted by Brianna who was instantly friendly and warm.Brianna was so kind and sweet. We hit it off right away and she was attentive and quick. I ordered the sirloin tips with mushrooms, onions, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns. Side of pancakes. Everything came out so good and hot! Patrick was working hard back in the kitchen!I'll definitely be back soon.

Customer service is horrible because of the manager (Maritsa Meneses). She messes up everyone’s orders and confuses, and frustrates the employees. She is not fit to be a manager because it seems she hasn’t been trained correctly. Please do better.
