Subject: Really GoodFirst time in a Jimmy Johns. Visiting from up top. Great sandwich, immaculate service from all the guys inside the store. We received our food FREAKY FAST(I thought that was a myth, but those guys showed me different, lol) 10s across the board! Hopefully i can go back home and find a Jimmy Johns and hopefully, it’s just as good.

Amazing Service!!I would just like to say that i walked in yesterday and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy Johns. The staff was so warm and inviting. The food was fresh and the bread was super soft and delicious. I would also like to point out that they were EXTREMELY busy(there was a line out the door) and every customer was treated like they were so happy for them to come in. There’s this one guy(I wish I knew his name) that was at the beginning of the assembly line with the sweetest southern accent and he made sure that myself and my coworkers were taken care of all and he did it all so quick! I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks for the awesomeness!

What a toxic environment. The staff at this location is the worst I’ve seen. There’s literally a girl that works here that is hostile to customers. She clearly hates her job and the other men that work here seem to be terrified of her. Terrible customer experience! A restaurant of any sort is only as good as the people that work there. I love jimmy John’s but take your stomach and your money somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with someone’s bad day.

I came to this location to enjoy a sandwich as I usually love these sandwiches. But after today, I must say I will never come back to this location again. The energy is extremely low. The staff that were on site were extremely bitter. One particularly, a short caucasian lady with a nose ring, tattoos and glasses was distasteful and hostile. My family and I ordered food, and as she’s preparing the food she begins to show signs of annoyance. We asked if everything was okay with her and she proceeded to huff and puff about not being able to “remove lettuce and tomatoes” from a sandwich? That alone is just ridiculous. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order due to the fact that I did not even feel safe to eat the sandwich that she would be preparing. We asked to speak to management and the same man that witnessed this woman’s hostility towards my family and I told us that HE’S the manager… that’s when I knew there was no hope in complaining to him as he just sat there and watched AND heard everything that was going on.Lol, it gets better though…. so, I then walk up to the counter and ask the manager himself if he could provide me with the franchise owner’s contact information. I can’t even make this up, he said “Kelly doesn’t like to give out his information because then he starts to get too many calls”………. yup. So, Kelly if you read this, please try to really pay attention to who you hire as this was a terrible, very unsafe experience for my family and I.The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because clearly there is no option to choose 0.Like cmon guys, let’s do better in 2023 with the customer service.

Came in to eat with my family. I ordered an 8” sandwich for my kids who wanted to share a Turkey Tom. I asked the cashier if I could have the sandwich split in half and have one half with no lettuce and tomato. He was ok with it. Once he passed the order to the girl with the nose ring, glasses and tattoo on her neck, she looked UPSET. I started acting confused and annoyed. I asked her if everything was ok. She then replied: “We’re not supposed to do that”. I was baffled by her comment. So you want me to force my kid to eat the extra ingredients just because…? At some point, she was making a new tuna mix and she would hit the machine soooo hard that it made loud noises. We told the guy about it but he was sorry and walked away. Honestly, he looked terrified of her too. When we requested a corporate email or contact of where we could send a complaint, he told us that he didn’t want to give out that number because “the guy” gets too many calls? Such nonsense. Some of us canceled our orders. This hostile energy is such a turn-off. Don’t away from you’re looking for good customer service. We usually love Jimmy John’s but I guess we have to stick to our usual locations.

The bread was so hard it was difficult to chew. It was as if it had been re toasted. The last time we ordered from here our delivery took over 40 minutes and then arrived missing items. Because of that experience we picked it up today. From now on we are taking our business to Jersey Mike’s even if it is a little further away.

The tuna is chunk light not albacore solid white. This is why it tastes so strong and fishy. I only buy albacore when I eat tuna at home. Buyer beware. Everything else is great.
