I place an order for pick up and at 9:30pm the door is closed, their service is horrible and it is not the first time I have ordered and something different always happens in terms of the service of the staff ?

If they close at 12 and you place an order with Uber delivery, and the drivers arrive at 11:30 you eat, they may say it's closed, and the order is not ready, so it's supposed to be fast food, but they don't respect it. At 11pm they practically do not attend and in the process they debit your money and cancel and the money remains stagnant for 7 days because of their poor service. Simply the worst and it is not the first time they have done it.

I am not sure why this location has such bad reviews. While I don't come here a whole lot, my food is always nice and hot and the staff is always nice. Maybe I just come on good days. Lol.My only grip is that their wings could be fried a little harder. The first time I had the hot n' spicy from KFC was in Europe back in July; in Geneve specifically. So just recently was my first time having them here in the states and I have to say Europe cooked them better. The batter and skin of the wings I received here weren't an as crispy wing. However, I have had their nuggets and they were delicious. Needless to say I will be back but may not necessarily try the wings again or maybe I can ask for them to be fried hard.

My chicken looked and tasted as if it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.And my husband ran into grab some mild sauce for his Taco Bell order and the employee told him that they charge for the sauce!!! Whatttt???!!! Yeahhh,

I go here because this is the closest KFC but I regret it every single time. The staff here are extremely rude, I can always see them in their phones in the drive through, mean while the line of people waiting just keeps getting longer. I’d rather travel more and go to the KFC further up north on University Drive and avoid this place all together.

Expensive!! The world has changed an the prices everywhere are greatly affected.. if you just get the meat an skip the sides it might be worth it. But that tiny bite of ? corn is sad, that wet tasteless coleslaw is sad and the fountain drinks are sad. ( just get the meat an run )But the staff and the service with how quick they are make it a bit easier!

KFC is my favorite fried chicken because of the taste imparted by their infamous 11 herbs & spices. However, I keep running into problems when I order a 2 piece breast & wing meal.The employees taking my order always ring it up as a 2 piece combo. And when I bring the error to their attention, they tell me that the combo and meal are the same. I know better because I order the same thing every visit and I know a combo has one side and a drink vs a meal which has 2 sides and no drink. Each time I had to get the manager involved to get my order corrected.This is clearly an issue with the training these employees are receiving. In one case I was overcharged $4 because the employee added an extra side to a combo. Fortunately for me, the manager was able to fix the problem.I would go to KFC more often if I didn't have to go through so much hassle ordering my favourite meal.
