So by the time you place the order and pick it up in the drive-thru, the food is cold already. Especially the french fries they're extremely soggy. I know it's really hard to keep french fries fresh considering they are greasy product but it is a little upsetting when you just pull out of the drive-thru and they're already soggy. With that being said I do like McDonald's for the most part it's easy and very convenient. And this one particularly all the staff members I've never had a problem with.

I placed an order this morning to pick up at the restaurant inside of the lobby. The restaurant looked closed. As i walked up to the door i saw an employee behind the counter engaged in a conversation with another employee on the opposite side of the counter. I tugged on the door several times. And they ignored me. I proceeded to get in my car as I was driving away, I noticed that the employees were looking in my direction. I guess to see if I was leaving understand that I had placed an order to pick up inside of the lobby. I proceeded to go to the drive-through, the ladies in the lobby continue to ignore me as I blew my horn. No one came to the drive-through window and knocked on the window. They gave me the most disgusting look ever so I proceeded to ask why they never came to the door they told me that they’re only doing their job and the lobby is not open as it clearly states on the door, the front door that the lobby opens at 5:30 AM so I told them that they needed to notify their upper management because this is very frustrating and they were clearly ignoring me. There was a girl with a nose ring, and her hair wrapped advised that she’s only doing her job. She cursed me out profanity and she rolled her eyes at me. This is humiliating. I was late for work as a result of this. fellow customers, this is the most disgusting and disturbing service that I’ve ever received

The drive through was not that busy and took forever for us to be able to talk to someone. Once we got our food they managed to make one of three orders right but that was it. I had gotten a Big Mac and the middle bun used for my sandwich was stale. Was one of the worst experiences I have had in a while with a fast food place.

Very unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Working construction our breaks are not very long and often shortened, speed of service is an absolute must. Now, I speak from experience (arbys shift manager), I would have been fired if my speed of service was as terrible as what I witnessed. During a breakfast rush you should be prepared for the influx of customers. I witnessed one front end worker spinning in circles trying to figure out what to do next, one worker was just bsing with another. The automated menu things weren't working properly. I'm glad I don't live here and have to experience this again. Only thing going for them their food was fresh.

Female drive-thru staff member asked me for my receipt at the second window!? I asked why and she just looked at me as if I had spat in her face. I again asked why as I handed her my receipt at which time she replied....I needed to make sure your order was correct.This is a blatant lie. The real reason is they clear the order long before it's served to give the illusion they are providing fast service. She should have had my order on screen. She is rude and she could have just asked what I had since it was a whopping 4 items.
