I got the steak bomb sub and it was delicious, meaty and fresh.. ask for “BIG DOG” amazing customer service and he is an awesome ?? cook! Thank me later ! Also the picture on your right is the “ burger bomb sub”, which my husband was an happy camper?with and once again BIG DOG delivered!

Been going here for like 15 years now when Im down here in Florida during winter, from Denver. Its old school Gangster, I like mine with Provolone extra cheese. $13 bucks gangster ? old school ✌️. Best cheese steak in S. FLORIDA, ABsolutely love it. Be prepared to announce what you want, I like Mayonaise, lettuce, grilled onions, black olives. They are from Philly, you have to be as aggressive as they are. Their Pastrami is good too, but the real winner is the pre pared and cut and rolled into paper USDA expensive Rib eye/steak*****Top Notch. I hope they are open for another 20 years*

My roommate just brought me here for my first time, introduced me to Joe (the man behind the grill!) Ordered a steak bomb and WOW ? did it exceed my expectations. ENORMOUS sub, lots of toppings, loaded with flavor, great value and it tastes better than any other sub spot around (sub city who?! miami grill who?!?!)Thanks Philly Steak Sub Shop! I've been coming here for the past 25 years , been to other sub places but always end up coming back here , They know what they are doing, and it works , great service in a mostly busy atmosphere but very efficient...freshly made your way ,delicious & fairly priced.
Ordered the Italian sub description from menu and what I received completely different had pepperoni and I despise it so could not eat that sub ment no lunch getting ready for trip and ordered subs also for dinner ordered 2 cheese burger subs one was made correctly the other was empty just a burger n bread no veggies or condiments can't reach anyone to help solve this problem this has been my place for over 20 years and now I will never be back it has gone down hill really sad

The first time In went over there plunder the new management the prices have tripled and it's not nearly half as good . The customer service is horrific. They let the phone ring off the hook. No please t greetings. All The employees looked miserable. Not to mention he was Easter scolding or whispering to the employees. This would be the owner. Older heavy set New Yorker with a bad attitude and grey hair.the employees are all Straight to the point very rushed the tables are all dirty I literally had to clean my table myself the ice machine was down I had to wait for that to get handled as well as me being there before all the employees. Nothing like it used to be. I'm h and top it all of I was Beyoncé nd living in my eggs I found white hair which the owner tried to tell me it was the egg till I took The hair and asked him to feel The white semi long hair engraved in my eggs and cheese. When I asked for him To remake it he threw it in the trash so hard he was angry never asked if he could comp Me or that he's sorry side note all the employees were not wearing their hair net but he was the boss the only one with grey hair so finally when he threw it with all His might I was scared that they might do Something to Do the sub do I washed closely I am All for mom A land pops shop I want to see them Succeed but I do not feel it's right to abuse ur employees n customers the worst experience of my life n let's not forget beside Publix this was my favorite go to Spot

Great food but horrible customer service they need to do a lot better with the customer service it's horrible and it's degrading everything else . The dark skin guy with the Covid mask has an attitude and a slick reply for everything
