Terrible service , I came today November 4 and nick took my order , he was completely rude and disrespectful, and I asked for for a sandwich bmt and I asked for substitute salami for meat balls , because they didn’t have salami anymore , and his response 3 times was with a very nasty tone . he couldn’t even recommend another sandwich similar but we ended up getting the boss,I’ll never come back and I hope you guys doing something about that person, because somebody like this shouldn’t be working in that industry , and after us he had the same actitud with the next costumer

The menu shows a kids menu and sliders however, when I them I was told they no longer carry either one. Because I was not sure of what I wanted, I had my son go ahead and order his sandwich. When he was done I then informed the guy making the sandwiches what I wanted he mumbled, "damn why couldn't they do it together." Very rude needless to say I didn't order anything for myself. If it wasn't because my son was hungry I would have left that sandwich as well.

I don't know if it matters doing a review when a subway employee is screaming perfanity at a customer and holding up their middle finger in the air with both hands I would have to assume that management allows this kind of behavior. They don't honor subway coupons.

They DO NOT HONOR coupons! Which every establishment has their own right but just letting you know before you waste your time. Food is expensive and trying to save a bit helps us the customer but due to this lack of customer appreciation I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck with your full prices!

Who ever is answering the phones at this location needs a new job. Stop having kids represent your company if they can't act some what decent to customers calling for orders. Today is May 17th, 5:33 pm. Completely unprofessional and shouldn't hold this type of job... PERIOD!

I was there and I was mistreated by the staff. People there is and was so RUDE, I was undecided about what to order so it took me like two seconds to decide but suddenly they started to be rude, talking about me and swearing just in front of me!I’m very disappointed.

today 03/31/23 my daughter wanted to eat in this establishment, we are not frequent customers in this chain of stores but thanks to a bad worker fed up with his job, we no longer want to return. It seems that he believes that this gives him the right to mistreat customers... when he should be guiding and helping them to complete their order. This worker humiliated my daughter just because she was undecided in her order and believing that my daughter did not understand him in English, he made fun with his colleagues in front of her, saying bad words and making gestures with his face and hands.... my daughter cried helplessly because of the verbal abuse she suffered. We will not go again, nor will we recommend it, but if you want to have a similar experience, I invite you to this place.

i used to LOVE subway, im an autistic person and i only can have subway for lunch everyday so i used to eat it, but recently y changed by job to another place and this subway was very close to it and i was sooo happy when i noticed it, but the first day i went to this place and was an HORRIBLE experience, the workers were so mean to me, exclaming bad words that stressed me out, so now i gotta drive a innecesary amount of mi extra so i can have my subway everyday when i could easily have it on the way to work, i love subway but this places makes me hate it.
