Closed most of the day 10am-5pm but that's OK because it's not great anyways.

Hands down great place to stay. Convenient location with every restaurant option possible, new renovations and excellent service. The food at the lobby bar and cafe is delicious. Shout out to Travis Duncan

We stayed here to attend an event at the Hard Rock Seminole. It was a little further than I initially thought, but it was 25 minutes to the Hard Rock. Really clean and nice hotel. Consistent as always at Marriott's. The bistro was very fast and well staffed. The kitchen and wait staff were professional and friendly, which was refreshing since there seems to be a quantity and a quality issue in the Leisure industry. Not the case here. Food, coffee and drinks were all served good and fast.

I stayed in room 400 from 20th Sep to 22 Sep while on business. The stay was fine, no frills, but since I was at meetings I didn't spend much time in the actual hotel. When departing my room, I left a small bag containing my car keys and other irreplaceable keys in the room. I live in GMT time zone so I rang the hotel once I arrived back in Ireland. Reception advised that they needed to speak to house keeping and to ring back. I have rang three times now and each time I have rang I have spoken to someone on reception who has just said that they don't normally work in that position so they can't help and to ring back. I have emailed head office and still have not heard back. I am willing to remove the bad review once I hear back from the hotel advising that they have my bag and will help return it. i am happy to pay shipping.

This hotel is not up to par with what you would expect from Courtyard Marriott. I booked it solely because it was cheap on Priceline, and it was disappointing from the minute we walked in the door. It is in need of a remodel!! Compared to other Courtyards this one is old and dumpy. The windows have green stuff growing on them, the pool was disgustingly dirty, the elevator had a cable hanging from the door, and our water even shut off for a short time. It took a long time for the water to heat up. They have a coffee and breakfast stand in the lobby but it doesn't open until 7:30am so on the day I left early for the airport, I couldn't even get coffee. I usually enjoy Courtyard but I would not stay here again.

As a Bonvoy Platinum Elite I was shocked at the balcony view of the Dumpster! Front desk proudly advised we were given a king balcony room and acknowledged our Platinum status only to be welcomed by the dumpster. Can't imagine what No status would receive, Disappointed by Bonvoy.

Stayed at this hotel during a weekend getaway before the holidays in December. If you are willing to pay a lower price for accommodations in exchange for driving 30 to 40 minutes to the beaches and tourist attractions this is an ideal hotel. For convenience a Publix and several restaurants are close by.

Mohamed checked us in. He was not friendly and seemed like he didn’t want to be working. When I asked him what time is breakfast, his answer was I should know since I work for the company. Even if I do, that doesn’t necessarily mean I know what every hotel has and should be treated with the same respect as other guests. My reservation was for 3 nights. I told him that I might be checking out the next day but not to change my reservation. He assured me he didn’t. When I called the next day the front desk, I was told that it shows I’m checking out that day. I told her my res was for 3 nights and to check back the original reservation which I know they can do so and to extend me back to Monday. I was told to eat were sold out. I also am a Gold member and know that this is not how the situation should’ve been handled. The lady at the desk was very apologetic but that didn’t solve my problem of not having a hotel night on a weekend. Luckily I found one but of course at a higher rate since it was last minute. The morning agent was really nice and said she will let the manager know and try to do something about the situation. However nothing was done and I had to leave and find another place all due to the incompetence of one person.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony and absolutely loved it. The staff was very welcoming and attentive which made check-in and check-out a seamless experience. The room was sparkling clean and newly renovated which we loved. Our weekend was filled with much needed relaxation thanks to this hotel. We'll definitely be returning soon.

Centrally located between hot spots miami en Fort Lauderdale. Next to many malls and shopping centers that Pembroke Pines offer. Cleanliness , convenience and friendly staff make this a great place to stay. The newly renovated rooms with balcony are spacious.
