I had to resort to this medium, because I have been calling every day for a month to solve a double transaction made on Nov 4 when I made the order issue and absolutely no one answers me, I have called 407 339 2222 And I've talked to Bibi and there's always an apology, the person in charge isn't there, I'm out, the accounting person doesn't work with us anymore, send an email, ... Thousands of apologies and no one resolves this. They may play with the customer's money?????? It's money that came out of my account and I have proof from my bank that the transaction was double, even triple that is the final payment of the order. Today 12/6/2023 I was contacted by the office again and I talk to Bibi and she tells me that the person in charge is outside in lunch , the person that I contacted was Tamy ext 1618 , I have left a message waiting to get any call back ,again another apology . It's about $800 that they have to pay back. It's unbelievable that a company like this doesn't have the professionalism to solve these situations.I am very disappointed with this matter .

Tried to dine here again for lunch, and boy was that a mistake. I want to say that customer service is always amazing, and the staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately, the food has not improved. We ordered two burritos, and they were so so bad. The burritos tasted rancid and the chicken tasted spoiled. The queso was the only thing that was good because even the chips were soggy and not crispy. We also ordered some wings, and those were a bust. We gave it another try, but it's a no-go for us. It's so sad because Tijuana used to be my favorite.

Good location. Better than a lot of other franchises.
Food is average they have an amazing selection of hot sauces. My complaint is I ordered a chimichanga and traditionally you fry/pan fry your tortilla as it’s wrapped up. Mine had a good attempt but two things I notice no cheese in the wrap and it was an uncooked torilla wrap. Just a burrito with the toppings of a chimichanga. its minor changes that would make huge differences. Service is great, very fast on the food. I understand this is Tex-mex but don’t skip a step into making the food way more flavorful. I would rate this higher but I wanted a chimi not a burrito with pico over it.

I got a black bean quesadilla, they accidentally served me a blackened chicken quesadilla. I only expected them to remake my quesadilla, but in the meantime they gave me chips with guac, queso, and salsa. The food was amazing.

Been going to Flats for years. First time to this one. Just like the other ones. Pretty darn good. Have tried the tacos, burrito and flautas. The flautas come with queso, sour cream, beans, guacamole and rice on a bed of jalapeno slices. It's our favorite. Get the meal and you get a drink. Food, service and loud music seems to be consistent through the 5 stores we've been to.

Order food at the counter and they deliver it to your table. Service was surprisingly quick. Good guacamole ?. Would appreciate table service but that's not their set up. Guy who took out orders was very pleasant.Parking: It's located in a shopping center so you have to look for it. It wasn't busy so we parked right out front.
