I feel like for a Wendy that dont get no business that customer service should have been impeccable. However it was clearly too much to remember that you would need a straw to drink from and at the very least a ketchup pack for fries. If they were busy, it would make total sense to how you missed these things, but there was literally not a soul at the establishment, and I got no napkin, had to ask for sauce, they never have any barbecue sauce when nuggets is a common Meal, make it make sense. I asked if my wrap can be warmed up because I dont like it cold and the response was ghetto as hell. “We don't do use microwaves here”Okay do y'all use an oven? I just feel like customer service sucked.

I got the apple pecan salas. The lettuce and apple was old and Molty, I didn't get the pecan packet either. But I couldn't eat the salad regardless My husband got the number 10 that wasn't good either

It's just a Wendy'sRegular food. Regular prices always there for you when you need it. I wish it was open later.They did have a problem with their drinking fountain and had water all over the floor but stuff happens right?Everybody likes Wendy's! Sure, beats McDonald's!

It's 314pm on 5/27/23 and they refused to honor their own 1 cent promotion. Idiots. I'll never eat at any Wendy's ever again.
Fast and easy as expected. No issues with service. Food was excellent.

I don't know who runs this Wendy's but its not an adult. What's more surprising is that its in quote unquote a good neighborhood.I went on a Sunday afternoon at noon, now I'm the only one in line at the drive through and I give my order pretty clearly and the young girl ask me to repeat my order 3 times! Then when I'm finished I pull up to pay thinking OK let me just get out of here never to return. Unfortunately since it was packed with the rush hour food crowd on a super busy Sunday at noon(sarcasm), they tell me to pull up and wait to receive a simple 4 for 4 order?? Then after 5 minutes this young teenage like girl brings my order out while on her phone texting and I realized that she didn't even give me straws so I asked for a straw, so she goes back in there and after 2 minutes I just get out of my car and grab the straw in the front and I see her texting on the phone and we made eye contact and I just looked at her and left....

The worst Wendy’s ever. Pulled up at 10:30p they are open until midnight - They purposely don’t attend to you and want you to leave. They need to close this one down and put something else or change the management and people who work there.
