We go there 3-5 times a year, usually for family or friends birthdays. Food is great, service etc but we took a Birthday Cake which we have done many times prior. We were asked if we wanted them to take the cake until after dinner and we thanked them and said yes. After sitting we were told there is a $15 cake fee, for taking the cake and cutting it so I asked for the cake back but the reply was we would be charged the fee anyway. The product that we bought was not according to menu and according to previous experiences. With the current pricing, approx. 60 - 70$/person you would expect to receive the full menu, instead of missing mushrooms, tea and ice cream.
Been going to this location for almost 20 years. This may have been the worst experience we have had. The female chef came out and within two seconds we could tell she did not want to be there. Her face just said how over it she was. She barely even wanted to cook everything on the cart. After she distributed some items and there were extras, instead of redistributing like theyve always done she just asked “anyone want this? Going once.
