Planned my trip to Mount Dora around Wave sushi open hours and ate there every day. Stayed within walking distance, which was good because it allowed me to exercise and eat more sushi. I started with sashimi, and the fish was super fresh! The gyoza were outstanding! They tasted homemade. My favorite was the tacos. I enjoyed the plain tempura over the spicy cheetos. The food was amazing! Tried two appetizers and the “Sushi Hotdog”. Everything tasted amazing! The prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Will be back again.

Most epic sushi experience I’ve ever had. And our server, Johnathan, was the absolute best! We asked him to pick our menu and he nailed it with exceptional service, little details and had fun personality. Great food and great service! Can’t wait to go back!
