My wife loves McDonald's. I'm just tired of this place. They never make our order right. I've been told to just add sugar to my coffee myself. My routine is stopping back at the house to put sugar in my coffee. I see the guy that was torturing the raccoon is still working there. I caught him catching the raccoon and breaking its leg.

I ordered diet coke. Received Dr. Pepper. Til it back to the counter and was told they would get me a diet coke. Several minutes later I went back up and asked a different employee for a replacement diet coke. Several minutes later I asked a third employee for a diet coke. Didn't get it. By this time I had finished my entire meal without a drink. Finally the original girl who took my order walked past. I explained what was going on and I finally got a diet coke. This was over a 30 minute period. They're were TONS of employee there... they were not that busy. Bad experience! But typical of all McDonald's!

Very disorganized, non professional, lack of customer service skills,long customer line inside and employees with hands in pocket walking around and other employees with their cell phones on their hands. No one approach the counter on the first 5 minutes we got there. Most likely restaurant manager with no name tag had a dirty shirt on,wait it was filty shirt, with a lack of customer service manners. Everyone that night needs retraining for excellence production. Not my team if I was a franchise owner.

The internet says they open at 430am, I sat in drive-thru number 1 without anyone saying anything. At 450am a truck pulls into drive-thru number 2 and shortly after the manager puts yellow closed comes behind my car saying nothing to me. At 502am the truck in drive-thru 2 gets served and still nothing on my intercom even after saying good morning. Another truck pulls into drive thru 2 and they start taking his order, I immediately drive to the window and told the nice young lady what happened, she took my order and confirmed the manager put the cones. It would have been professional had the manager had said anything to me whilst putting the cones behind my car or taken my order so I didn’t sit there expecting service but she didn’t nor did she go to the window and apologize. I’ve never had bad service here but this was ridiculously unprofessional of a manager to do. It’s called professionalism and common courtesy

I will not go into detail. I did not get her name but she was working the first drive thru window at lunchtime when I went thru there, I was having an issue with my card and this young lady was very patient, very polite, and did something she did not have to do but I was thankful she did.. She turned my bad day into a blessed day and I thank her for that..

I ordered 2 Big Breakfast W Hotcakes and a #2 w an orange juice, they gave me the #2 w no drink and instead of the hotcakes they gave me 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. How do you get those two confused? This location needs to pay attention to the orders correctly. Then the girl gets upset cause I told them that the order is wrong when I paid and I’m willing to pay the difference. I did not have an attitude or nothing. She got mad and said that’s not what I ordered. I gave them a chance to fix it but when they brought my order, it was wrong once again. They didn’t put the eggs or biscuit and forgot my orange juice. I’m a kind person who knows that people make mistakes but when you get it wrong two times, yes I’m going to get upset and yes I’m going to leave a negative review.
