They barely had any of their meats prepped, and the veggies they did have were so wilted and gross looking, and the people that were behind the counter weren’t doing anything to solve the issues. None of them wanted to do their job and prep the product.

This was the best Subways I've ever been to. The 3 ladies were very friendly and humorous. Im a talker and a joker so we got along well. It was also the cleanest and well maintained Subway. The food was delicious. My wife had a turkey Flatbread and I had a monster BMT. They just seemed fresher than normal. We had a very enjoyable meal. We will definitely go back again. They get a 5 star review from me.

I ordered online for pick up when I picked up and got home nun of the sandwiches where correct I went back up there and they said they fixed them I get home and 2 of them are still wrong never again when I call to speak to a manager they say they are not

Just attempted to order from this Mulberry, FL location using the Subway websites. Just so you know if you use the Subway site to order for delivery, Subway will take zero responsibility to whether u get your food or not. Thy will blame "DoorDash" and expect you to chase down your food. They finally offered to refund my money after I made an arse of myself but I'm not holding my breath on whether I will actually get it.For my part, I will avoid Subway.

We just moved over to mulberry , we absolutely love subway. Went to this one , ordered our food. Spent 35$ for everything we had to be completely wrong. Barely any meat I ordered a BLT has a strip and half of bacon none of the toppings I asked for (ordered through the drive thru). My husband got a BMT didn't have anything besides 2 cucumbers , 2 pickles and 2 slices of bacon. Ordered my son a kid's pepperoni meal he didn't go no toppings which we put on there and you could of thrown the bread at the wall and it wouldn't of broken it was so HARD. I will never ever ever go to this place again. NEVER go through a drive thru when it comes to Subway. We work hard for our money & if your choice of career was to make sandwiches you should enjoy making them. If not , go find a different job we don't pay for things to not get what we want! ILL NEVER IN MY LIFE STEP FOOT AT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!
