We love Taco Bell after softball practice. I accidentally ordered from this Taco Bell instead of our usual. It sure disappointed!! We got extra meat on 2 of our quesadillas and it barely had enough on them to cover I “normal” amount. The servers said that was the standard amount and could make it again but would be the same amount. That is not true…at my normal TB they hook it up!!I won’t be back to this one!!PS - I hate the remodel!!

We ordered the crunchwrap combo and upgraded the order, the meat was in the center of the wrap and it was not much at all for 10.00 less I could have gotten Burger King and the meal would have been so much better very disappointed oh and we were shorted a soft taco.

Taco Bell really hit the mark today! ? The tacos were exceptionally fresh, packed with crisp lettuce and juicy meat, all wrapped in a perfectly crunchy shell. And let's not forget about the bean burrito ? - it was a delightful surprise, with beans that tasted like they were just prepared, wrapped in a soft, warm tortilla. It's not every day you find fast food that tastes this fresh and flavorful. Hats off to Taco Bell for serving up quality that surpassed expectations! Definitely looking forward to my next visit. #TacoBellWin #FreshFastFood ?

To "LARRY" and "JASMINE" you both should be fired! I will still continue to find any way to make sure you both are no longer employed! And to the district manager "RICKY" ... your failing at your job.. you all are a joke. You treat your employees and customers like they aren't anything ... Mr CEO should start looking into who is running their spots.. mulberry location is the worse!

i haven't gotten taco bell in sooo long but have been craving it so i doordashed from this location tonight. i ordered a quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce on it, came with sauce on it. ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes, only sour cream and cold potatoes. i order a burrito that should get nacho cheese but it became clear to me they were out so that wasn't in there. the beans are crusty because they're so old and the ground beef is freezing, rice was not cooked, and even the fiesta strips were stale. i ordered sauce packets, mild and hot, none in the bag. no napkin, no fork. the saving grace was the baja blast that did have a straw with it. but i'm so disappointed otherwise... i rather you guys have refunded me instead of sending me my order like that :(

At Taco Bell 3 cheese means 3 shreds of cheese not 3 types. The 3 cheese flat bread melt isn’t that good with nothing but chicken. Couldn’t even add hot sauce, the lobby is closed and they are super stingy on that too. Used up my allowance of hot sauce on the grilled cheese burrito which had cheese but was a sloppy mess.
