“I ordered from the app. Took just a few minutes. Order was warm and correct. Staff was friendly. My problem was I tasted bun, lettuce, and pickles. I swear there was more mayo on my sandwich than hamburger meat. No tasting the flame grill patty today…. $7-8 for a bun full of lettuce? Next time I’ll just go to Culver’s. I can taste their patties.”

While these are classic dishes, Chef Carmelo sets a new standard with the taste and execution of both dishes; in addition the orzo versus the typical pasta.. so very smart! “Went back to Brooklyn Joe's today. Had the sausage with onions and peppers. It did have red sauce and white American cheese on it. I'm sure you could have provolone or something different if you choose to , but the sandwich was very good. The sausage had a good fresh flavor with a nice spice to it. Plus the pizza by the slice is good. I noticed that older people were seated eating plus young kids coming in to eat. Also workers coming in for lunch. The food is good and the place has a good character about it. The employees have a good personality and all seem to be welcome. Thanks”

“First visit. Drove up from Fort Myers, to meet friends. Being a 45 year restaurant veteran I was happy to see all the boxes checked. The drinks and food were top notch, but I expected that and was not disappointed. The small things are what separate the truly good from the expected. The greeting from the host, the table accommodation, the specials explained completely including the price. Water refills, silverware changed, deserts offered not pushed. Check presented without being rushed. Those are the small things that make a true dining experience worth the drive! We will make the trip again.”

“We went to Misaki this week for the 3rd time. We had the Ebi shrimp appetizer (cooked and stiffed with rice). Their wasabi is the best! We each ordered steak and shrimp hibachi. I had Filet, Wife tried the NY strip. After comparing, we agree the $3 additional charge for filet over strip is well worth it. Dinner came soup and salad. Wife loves their miso soup. I prefer the clear. We enjoyed the fried rice, hibachi noodles and perfectly cooked veggies.. As always, we shared a bottle of red wine. Our server (Shirley) did her usual great job, which was reflected by our tip. Even though Misaki is a 30-minute drive from home, it's well worth the trip! We highly recommend it!”

“Went with some friends. The owner was super friendly and let us sample some things to see what we liked. I had the Brown sugar milk tea with Crystal boba and it was sooo good! The rest ordered the Honeydew Milk tea, Thai tea, and the Dragonfruit lemonade with fruit popping boba. We all loved our drinks. Price was good, definitely comparable to other boba places, but was way better in taste! So yummy, will definitely be returning.”
