I don't know what's happened in the last couple years but the gelato doesn't taste the same. They have very limited flavors as well. I would go if they had more of a variety daily.

I've been in a few times now and got the strawberry basil vegan gelato. This gelato is great but I'm going to be forever grateful for them having this cinnamon to add to it that I'm totally hooked on. I'm not sure if I've never had it before or if my palette has just matured enough to find this cinnamon the most perfect thing to ever hit my tongue. It tastes like a flower in a very edible way. You must try it!

This ice cream is amazing. You can compare this to gelato in Italy; it’s that good. I believe everything in the store is gluten free and organic as well. The only place I will go to for ice cream in Naples.

On 11/16/19 sometime between 9:30 - 10:00 PM me and my family had a nice dinner at Thai Sushi and decided to get dessert in downtown Naples. Since I’m a vegan and most of the dessert places in 5th Avenue don’t accommodate to, we came across Adelheidi's Organics!! The smell was absolutely amazing when we walked in and our first glance was at the jars and mini packages of vegan treats! The young girl behind the counter was very helpful and informative because I have a slight nut allergy to products like almonds, cashew, and pecan but not coconut and wanted to know what milk alternative you use and was I in the clear(Rice Milk and Coconut Milk). The choices are outstanding, the quality was above and beyond, and the overall experience was memorable and will definitely be back for more and will be taking a pint of your homemade vegan ice cream home next time. I got the vegan chocolate ice cream and it was sooo good and creamy I was definitely impressed but I wanted a waffle cone but there wasn’t any but I completely understand because we came in at night and obviously it was almost closing time but definitely be visiting way earlier than that to get my hands on those vegan waffle cones!!

This is a gem in the rough. Everything on 5th Avenue South is so expensive and it is hard to find something that feeds into your inner sugar cravings that don't cost a fortune. Adelheidi's is amazing! They have vegan ice cream and gelatos. They aren't as expensive as other ice cream places in 5th ave and they cater to those of us who still want to eat healthy but also want to satisfy our sweet tooth. This ice cream is basically guilt free ice cream. It is delicious. The customer service is great too. They have people who work there who really care and want to get to know their customers. This is something you do not find most places. I will definitely be returning! I was able to try different flavors and some flavors I wouldn't even think would go together or taste well together and they really did. My favorite is the strawberry champagne. If you haven't had the time you need to try this flavor! The lady who served us was so eager to talk with us and get to know us! That is A1 customer service in my book! Every flavor that I tried she gave a little back story on how it's made. The mint ice cream was also a good flavor that I tried because she described that how the mint flavor isn't just artificial flavoring they strain mint and use the actual mint leaves in the ice cream to really give it the natural flavor. I especially liked how the spoons that they used to let customers try their flavors were actual spoons and not just plastic spoons. This also proves how genuine they are about their vegan and save the planet themes. Those little extra touches make this place an amazing place and everyone needs to try it!

EVERYTHING was gluten free in the store. They even had gluten free vegan options. It was all really yummy and super celiac friendly felt great after eating it on a hot day.
