Wonderful food and great service! Friendly staff!! Outside dining and bar area and dining inside! Definitely worth the trip.

We ate at Aldo's with our son's family this week. We have eaten here for the last 5 years when we come for the winter at least twice each trip. The last time we ate here was last year and have always been pleased with the food. They must have a new chef as we were mostly disappointed. First the good part: our server was very attentive, the seasoned olive oil with bread is very good, but ask for cheese to mix in, the salad and soup were good as was the veal parmigiana and the chicken tenders. Now the bad part: the chicken parmigiana was just average, the fries were not good, and the biggest issue was the meatball which was absolutely inedible. The texture was like mush and we have no idea what seasonings were used but it was terrible. As we walked out we noticed many customers had left the meatballs on their plates when they left. Meatballs are a staple at an Italian restaurant so I hope this issue is addressed. Hopefully at a later time, some will post a review regarding a great improvement of the meatballs. We would hate to cross Aldo's off our list of favorite places.

Second visit was very disappointing. Waited over an hour for dinner. Waitor had problems delivering simple things like beers. Food was not as good as our previous visit. ?

Was looking for Italian food in Naples and came across this spot. We arrived around 5, and were seated right away. The place was pretty crowded already. The waitress was very friendly and greeted us rather quickly. They give you warm bread for the table. I had the cheese ravioli, there were a total of 5 for $18. Dinner included a salad. Wife had penne with vodka sauce and chicken. The penne could have been cooked just a little longer. My son had a kids cheese pizza, which is a 10" pizza. Pizza was very good. Overall food was great, would go back to try some other dishes.

We were greeted at the door by the host (who has worked for Aldo for 20 years!) The four of us were seated in a booth. Then the star of the restaurant arrived, Erick, a knowledgeable and personable waiter took care of us very well. My Eggplant Parmesan dinner was the best I have ever had! My husband had Veal Aldo's, and we had enough to take home for another full meal. We all had a great relaxing meal and plan to return.

Awesome food, I mean really good food! I ordered soup, came with bread and nice oil, and for my entree I ordered lasagne bolognese. excellent! Good service, and fast to the table. Everyone working and eating there seemed very happy. A lot of people in larger parties coming in to eat. I’m working in the area for a few months. I ate there alone, better suited for parties greater than 1… I share that as some restaurants are more comfortable for single diners. they do have a bar/counter that I should of sat at and will do that next time. I look forward to returning before I leave the Naples area.

Good very good, kind of nice inside red checkered tablecloth and cozy We walked in and were shown to our table very early around 3:40. Mi wife asked if we could change to an open booth. The server woman seems aggravated with the request, but reluctantly made it. Then hoping we would not have her as our server we were happy to get our new server Chris. What a super good guy, nothing was a problem. He was a pleasure and @ 20 years old he was as good if not better than most. Thanks Chris.

Excellent pizza, great martinis and good service. First time there, very happy. Suggest you make reservations from January through April if you want to go around 5pm. Good outdoor seating also.
