We love it here. The delicious grouper which is freshly made, and the lobster was really such a wonderful food. Everything is made special in there. Services was top notch and place was clean and amazing.

Hidden Gem with Outstanding Service! Alice Sweetwater’s Bar & Grille was a fantastic surprise! This place quickly became a favorite – it’s definitely a hidden gem in Naples. The service was incredible, and our server, Miss Kelley, deserves a special shoutout. She was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations from the menu.Thanks to Miss Kelley’s suggestion, my son devoured the lobster bisque – he absolutely loved it! He also enjoyed the calamari, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful. For myself, the blackened fish tacos were a delicious win. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the flavors all came together beautifully.We can’t wait to go back to Alice Sweetwater’s and try more from their menu. If you’re looking for a great meal with outstanding service, this is the place!

I went for the first time in 2019 (October) and tried the seafood gazpacho and a portion of large prawns that I started eating with cutlery and finished with my hands.Super tasty! I went now in March 2024, I needed to repeat the seafood gazpacho, but I really wanted to eat a bowl of chili, which was great!

Have never left a review before, not even sure these get read. In town all the way from Michigan visiting my elderly in laws. Brought them out to lunch as a special treat. This is one of their favorite places to eat. Food was fine, they love the grouper there. However, the hostess (long dark hair) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Told my mother in law to “not be disrespectful” after she was very rude. She wouldn’t seat us until our entire party was there (understandable) except they were there but were standing outside the door because there isn’t enough room to stand at the hostess stand. She said she wouldn’t address us until we were all inside the door. So we all crammed in and then she complained she didn’t have enough room to set our table because we were all inside ?. I was so frustrated and embarrassed by her behavior it put such a damper on the mood and what should have been a nice occasion. I understand working in the service industry is hard, but so is spending $200 on a lunch for a working class family. Very disappointed, obviously because it’s several hours later and still on my mind. I hope if my in laws ever return they have a respectful staff in place ?

Stopped in again last night. No reservations here so we waited at a very crowded bar for 45 minutes. Saturday night so that's expected. I tried one of the signature cocktails, a Hurricane and it wasn't very good. Second drink was a spicy margarita and loved that one! After finally getting seated we got the excellent lobster bisque and very nice service. The problems arose when we ordered a broiled snapper and shrimp combo. They need to rename the broiled snapper to boiled or steamed flavorless snapper. It was pale with absolutely no indication of broiling.After mentioning it to the server, she insisted on returning it to kitchen but she returned with the exact same snapper with blacked seasoning sprinkled on top. Seriously?! That second chance was equally as bad. Sent it back and they reluctantly took that off the bill. My steak and shrimp was fine and the blacked grouper filet was good as well. We skipped dessert. Overall, a 45 minute wait and what stood out was a lousy Hurricane and that terrible experience with the snapper. Kind of bad for a place with "Bar & Grille" in it's name. Won't be returning.

I dined at Alice’s tonight, the food was OK. Our server was friendly. I ordered the Vegetarian pasta delight with shrimp, this meal lacked flavor. The vegetables had no seasoning and the shrimp had little to no taste, I am thankful that it came with a piece of garlic bread. My boyfriend ordered the chicken tenders and basket of fries and coleslaw - he enjoyed it. The coleslaw was good. There wasn’t much special about this place in my opinion. The dining area is small as well. I would likely not return.

Alice has some great dishes... My friend had grouper, shrimp and pasta, my wife and I both had the NY steak. All was very GOOD AND DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant was crowded get there early. Kinda small tables, little close to together. Service was Good and so was the Wine!!! Plenty of parking!God Bless Carry On Alice!!

Exceptional service by Kimmie. The hostess was super down to earth as were all of the customers. We sat outside and seats were available almost immediately for 2. It was super packed around 4-5ish. One of us ordered the grouper with vegetables. We also ordered the fried pickles because I need extra sodium/electrolytes, so these were super tasty. We sat at the bar, so a young girl had a large serving of onion rings that smelled delicious when they came out. She gave us one and it was very tasty. The serving sizes were very large. Due to food sensitivities, I let Kimmie make a surprise order for me since I didn't want to go with a basic fish, vegetable and starch meal like I have at home regularly. It was a nice surprise & I also got a piece of key lime pie for my birthday! We met some lovely neighbors and will definitely return.
