We went with 2 other couples. One couple had eaten there previously but had no reservations and were treated to much disdain by the hostess/server. (Dark haired woman with a real attitude). But we made reservations....don't know why...there were no other diners in the place at that time. We witnessed another couple come in a bit later and they were asked if they had reservations. No they did not. (mind you the place only had about 3 other tables with diners at that point) and they were seated along the wall at a small table. A group of 4 men came in that must have been regulars and they were greeted with a smile and a hello. Our guys wanted Coors Light beer to drink and they were bluntly told "We don't have that. It's Bud LIght, Ultra or Corona" Our friend asked if they had wine and the server/greeter said "look at the list in front of you". The food was very good and that would be the only reason to return. She must be married to the chef to be able to talk to customers the way she does and still have a job.

Dined on the restaurant side.Reservation was for 5:30, it wasn't too busy but waited over an hour after ordering to receive the food. Also do not get the lobster ravioli, it comes with just 5 on the pate for almost $30, four of them ended up being normal ravioli.Super disappointed. You're better off just grabbing a slice of pizza from the other side.

Been coming here for a few years and they’ve been pretty good. The last time I went the pizza wasn’t very good. Soggy and greasy. So I went again today and again I got super greasy soggy pizza. I’m not even going to eat it. Just look at the photos. Not to mention the girl on the phone had a funky attitude. No more Altavilla for me.

Pizza was good. Staff was friendly but the TV's were playing the Equalizer movie. Rated R with a ton of gruesome violence. Had to tell my two young boys to look down at the table while we ate our pizza.

The food was fine, the delivery App they partner with is not. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots $34 and change. Grubhub said their delivery fee was $5 and change- fine. I submitted the order without getting an itemized bill, they added on another $5 "service fee" and my 20% tip which should be approx $7 was raised to over $9. I haven't even checked the restaurant's actual prices vs what GrubHub charges, but I think I'm going to need an Ativan before I do that. My approx $35 order turned out to be approx $57. For a less than 5 mile drive. I will never use any restaurant that partners with Grubhub again! Rip off!

We were two couples that dined on a Friday night, it wasn’t very busy. We ordered a fried calamari appetizer which was not crispy, just rubbery rings. Entrees were eggplant parm which was way too saucy, chicken parm, which was dry and probably a pre made cutlet, veal piccata which was tenter but way too lemony and oily, lastly was shrimp scampi over linguine that was just ok. Overpriced for atmosphere, food and a snarky waitress… we will not return for dinner, maybe just try a slice of pizza someday.

Wow never had a better meal. We have been a patron and going here for the last two years. Frank the chef never disappoints. Jeanine our waitress and her team have impeccable service with a smile. Such a friendly place. . We are from New York and it was great to finally get true great authentic Italian food. If I could give it ten stars I would. Can’t wait to come back.

Best pizza south of DHOP in Ft Nyers.

I celebrated my birthday today at what used to be my favorite pizzeria, but sadly, I won't be returning. Arriving at 4:45, we waited until the 5 o'clock opening. In an empty restaurant, we were the first guests and wanted to sit near the Christmas tree. The female administrator suggested a table near the entrance, with an expression as if she were doing us a great favor. We chose to leave. I don't want to spoil my mood with such service.

Had the prosciutto burrata special which was really tasty. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and we took a pizza to go which was pretty good. Everyone felt the food was very good, it’s just expensive for what it is given that the ambiance is nothing to write home about. Nice server tonight.
