Overall great experience, but 2 significant flaws. 1) had to wait almost 30 mins past our reservation time to be seated, 2) process of getting food out was very delayed. I believe these kinks need to be worked out in order to provide a truly outstanding experience.

The beach is a great spot to watch sunset. Was very crowded, and I can see why servers can be overwhelmed. There was a gentleman who gave up his seat for a couple before he had paid his tab, then stood up about 20 minutes to pay his bill. We had dinner plans else where so we had just drinks at the beach, and I am planning on going back to experience dining-in in the near future.

The three of us arrived for our 7:30 reservation a bit early .. the hostess at the front desk told us our table wouldn’t be ready until 7:30 which was totally understandable… need to point out she didn’t crack a smile never mind say good evening and welcome do you have a reservation with us this evening.. not welcoming at all, just seemed to be miserable .. we decided to sit at a bar table outside while we waited for our reservation.. 7:40 rolled around and thought let us check.. we were told a “ few more minutes” .. now it’s 7:50 and we check again and once again “ moving some tables around it wil be a few minutes.. same hostess with not even an apology about it being 20 minutes past reservation time .. at 8:05 we said forget it and decided to stay at the bar table.. the hostess that told us “ a few minutes” not once came to us and apologized .. not a word from her the entire nightWe did end up speaking to the mgr who was niceWe ordered our food.. a ceaser salad and a lobster bisque as appetizers… ok if you can believe it the ceaser salad came out with no dressing and the soup was cold.. it is also worth mentioning we literally had to ask for water , side plates and utensils … waited for our main course that took over 45 min.. I will say the waitress was apologetic and the mgr did comp us our food but it was the worst dining experience we have ever had in the over 20 years we have been coming to Naples and we have been to many many many restaurants!

A friend took me there.There was a nice atmosphere on the terrace facing the beach, so I went there for a quick lunch and had a wonderful and relaxing time.The food was also delicious.After dinner, I went out to the beach for a walk.Many people were sunbathing or swimming in the sea.It was fun just looking at it.I would like to visit for dinner next time.

We LOVE Baleen! One of our favorite restaurants in Naples! Best sunsets sunsets over the gulf! Fabulous food! We enjoyed Grouper with Risotto. Beautiful ambiance! The one area with room for improvement is Service. Pre-dinner cocktail was a bit of an ordeal getting served, then being able to pay the bill before dinner. If they can get back to an exceptional service experience, it will absolutely enhance the overall experience! Don't forget to try a Cocotini! ??
Great ambience! What a view. We were a party of 7 for birthday party. Our server Angeline was AWESOME. He even took our picture with the beautiful sunset.The only complaint I have is no one answered the phones when we called repeatedly. I was lucky out of the 11-12 times I called, a person picked up once! Very off putting and shocking considering the sophistication of this establishment and its in a hotel. It left a bad taste for me. Please hire someone to answer the phones.

Service was horrible. Not sure where to start as it ruined the whole experience. Checked in at 6pm for a 6:30pm reservation; got drinks while waiting. Asked to be seated and watched others being seated ahead after we were told that we were next.Ordered appetizers and could not get plates. 3x asked. The GM passed us several times, even when we asked for plates and did nothing!!!Dinner was then late. Spoke to the main manager who did comp bread and 1 round of drinks.Very disappointing as the views and location are great, food was good….just the service was extremely bad. Really bad.
