Have arrived 10 minutes or less before closing at The Cove Inn Coffee Shop and Hoots, and was seated; but not so at Bill's Cafe where a rude waitress with an attitude refused to seat me because "the grill is closed". It was 1:50PM and they are supposed to close at 2:00PM. They need to change the sign on the door to reflect they close at 1:50PM not 2:00PM and fire that waitress with zero people skills.

Bill's is a very down home, friendly place with a menu you will recognize; all the favorites. My go to at lunch is the BLT. You will definitely conclude that you got all the bacon you could want.

I'm not a (5*) person unless something extraordinary makes this a true representation of my experience... I have been a Bill's Cafe customer since 2015' so with the new ownership my concern was more about that "welcoming" feeling than the food. The food remains amazing but that's not what this review is about... It's New Years Day and my wife and I were discussing the many changes in Naples and how we missed going to Bill's, seeing him behind the counter and bellowing out his greeting. We decided to treat ourselves to breakfast sandwiches take out and I went online and placed the order receiving a text confirmation. I arrived to see no cars, no customers and a closed sign. Peeking in the window I saw what looked like a take-out order waiting. A second later the door opened and I was greeted with an apology saying the internet ordering system was not turned-off in error; however, the owner seeing the order fired-up the grill, started the deep fryer and used whatever other devices that now needed to be cared for after a single order on a "closed day" just to fill my simple order for two bacon, egg and cheeses sandwiches with the "must-have" signature hand cut potatoes... So, in that moment I realized that Bill's lasting gift to all of us here in Naples is the passing of his legacy of kindness and service into good hands. Honestly, with the world being just a bit too stressful at times now, this gave me a much needed dose of hope, love, humility and kindness. If new to the area this is a fantastic place. If a hesitant ""original Bill's Cafe" patron I hope this story makes you feel better about finding your own way back...

Not Bill’s as I remember it. Meal was average in quality and quantity. No interaction between staff and patrons. Our first time there since Bill retired and the only time I was ever there that only two tables were occupied. Good luck to the new owners; no sarcasm intended. I do sincerely wish you the best.

Here's my story.... LIERS! I asked for scrambled eggs, they got me omelette. I politely asked to replace omelette because its not made from real eggs. When I received my "scrambled eggs", it was the same omelette but chopped... I didn't want to bother discussing with them the differences between scrambled eggs and omelette from pre-made substance rather I'm leaving bad comments for them, hoping they'll get less customers. Because if they lie to me, the'd lie to you too!
Went yesterday for breakfast. Our first time there. 24 hrs later I still can’t get over how perfect my eggs were. I’ve never seen an egg that perfect. Smooth and silky not runny at all. Just perfect. Potatoes were that great

While visiting family in Naples we ate brunch here. The mimosas are made with fresh squeezed OJ and were bottomless. I ordered the shrimp burger, which is one of the best things I’ve ever ate, but tried a friend’s Philly, also delicious. The staff was so friendly and efficient. This is on the ‘must do’ list every time we visit my aunt!
