I love the food when it was in Naples before the Lafayette was ruined by a hurricane. I was so happy to see that he had relocated. I've met friends there for lunch a few times. Always on Saturday so We could take advantage of the bake sale. Besides the pastries and baguette I purchased, my quiche for lunch was delicious.

First time there and the food and service was wonderful. We were there at 5 so we opted for the early bird meal deal . The fish of the day was snapper with a lemon cream sauce . We will be be back again .

Have not been here in a year and the food has declined. Very mediocre. The Salade Nicoise was just ok with very little shredded tuna which appeared to be canned. The quiche did not have any flavor. The most telling was the French bread which was tough and was not crusty. Disappointing!

The worst restaurant I have ever visited in my entire life, I am a person who has visited many restaurants all over the world. I got there and was treated very badly. The lady in front treated me like an animal and apart from that the food was horrible.

Excellent little spot. Great for date night. Good food and wine. They have several specials throughout the week including steak night, mussels night, and 3 course option price fix early bird option. Service is fine, nothing overly special but no complaints at all. Stop in here on Saturday mornings for their French Pastry Market and get a quiche, croissants, soups, or a tart. Their pear tart with some Hagen dazs french vanilla is amazing. Make reservations as their seatings are limited. Has outdoor seating too.

We stopped at the bakery to get croissants, quiche and the olive bread to go. Everything was so fresh and so good! Croissants really better than France. Olive bread graciously warmed up to go with butter, maybe the best we’ve had.

We remember how wonderful this restaurant was in its old location. Not so much now. First, AVOID Early Bird. Three of us were seated inside. Only 3 other tables yet very loud. Server was clear about early bird Rules - order all 3 courses immediately... It was a bad omen. We expect and welcome smaller portions for EB. But the soup was unusually tiny. The mains arrived HOT - so hot you couldn't touch the dish - a sure sign it had been sitting in a hot oven, waiting for someone to order it. Desserts were the only highlight. One thing that EB shouldn't shortchange is Service but we found it sadly disappointing and rushed. Dishes were brought without even a guess who ordered it. As soon as one person finished, that plate was whisked away and my unfinished plate would have been removed had I not objected. It seemed their mission was getting us out before the post-EB diners arrived. It's Just as well, can't imagine how loud it would get with more diners in the room.

Service was rude...a short blonde but balding man and a Spanish girl Both were sort of rude and uninviting from the moment we arrived. She wrote nothing down and of course the order was wrong and basically they were inattentive and asked us to leave because they were closing in 15 min... We were sitting there WAITING but no offer of dessert and we wanted it! The food? Excellent!!

I've waited, hoped and craved the sophisticated flavors of TRUE French Cuisine for years and I've found it! Bistro La Baguette captures the essence of my summer home in Cannes, S. France but, more than that the hosts warm voice suggesting I choose a table anywhere on the patio allowed time to enjoy the cool evening breeze hypnotized by the flickering dance of candlelight's from every table. Rustic elegance gently infused the unpretentious atmosphere as I savored Escargot, perfect home made French bread and a delightful wine recommended by the host. I will not hesitate to go back again and again.

I am rating the Saturday morning (9-1) pastries. Delicious. Great variety, freshly made, you will feel like you are in France. Merci for sharing your amazing goodies with Naples. Croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, coconut balls, baguettes, apple strudels to name a few.

If you are in the Naples area and appreciate French food, pastries and desserts, THIS place will delight you. On Saturday mornings from 9-1:00 pm, they set up a tent that is approximately 40 feet long and full of delicious treats. Valerie, owner is fun and the team is knowledgeable and friendly. Restaurant is small and reservations are necessary.
