First time there. Hamburgers were overcooked and fries were almost burned. Place as we was not very busy, so it must have been inattention. Would not go back, value and taste wise, Wendy’s is a better deal.

I have to say that I am a fan of BurgerFi. Their burgers are definitely enjoyable and their French fries are definitely a great accompaniment. The ambiance here is enjoyable and the service here is friendly and professional. BurgerFi is a great alternative to all those fast food burger places that clog up the culinary landscape. It is great to see a restaurant that specifically specializes in hamburgers (hey, burger is even in their business name) that is more than fast food and again, BurgerFi is a great option for a hamburger and French fries. I would definitely recommend this particular BurgerFi location and I will give it five stars overall for a stellar lunch experience. Go check them out for yourself. I am confident that you will not be disappointed.

The burgers were subpar at best seemed to have been prepared ahead of time & thrown on a grill to warm up (very little flavor) fries were not fresh either. Disappointing.

Don't believe the ratings. Dirty, scarred floors, debris under tables. Burger was thin and greasy. We threw our fries away; tasted and looked like old grease. Have no idea how people hype this place.

The onion rings and fries were excellent. The burger was okay - the patty was rather small - but then, for the price, it is what it is. It was dressed well. They did have a fair selection of beer.

Fun casual restaurant with adult beverages. Gabby is a treasure, upbeat and helpful. She checked on us several times while we ate to see if we needed anything. Our burgers were great and the large order of herb Parmesan fries was big enough for all three of us.
Gabby and Andrea were very professional and it was a pleasure to have them take care of our party of 5 . We loved the food and atmosphere at burgerfi and will be coming back again very soon.Kid-friendliness: Gabby was nice to the kids

Don't believe the ratings! The french fries taste like reused grease. Threw them away. The hamberger patty is thin and greasy. Barely edible. The floor was damaged and stained, debris was under the condiment counter, and the entire condiment area was grimy. Will not return.
