Jason is top notch and always running around looking like he’s doing everyone’s job along with his own. Service is so great and can tell he loves making his customers happy. The server in my opinion is who represents the restaurant and he is always so attentive and professional. Food was great and he never writes anything down and never misses a trick!!!!

Food here is always amazing! I always love the bread rolls, & my favorite dish would be the chicken parmesan. Service is always very good as well, I have never had poor service. However the restaurant atmosphere is very uncomfortable as the seats are completely unbearable, whether it's the booths, the seats inside or out.

Not what it once was. Quality of the food has dropped, prices are ridiculous, adding 4% for credit cards, if you want a different pasta for your dish they charge 10% more. We won't be back.

We stopped in for the first time. The restaurant was very nice. Our server was excellent and friendly, we enjoyed talking with him. We ordered the lasagna and the gnocchi. A little pricey, but worth every bite! Fresh, home cooked Italian.

Wonderful homemade pasta and beautifully homemade sauce. It’s not as pretentious as the Italian restaurants on 5th and the food is better. Perfect traditional Italian.

They charge you $7 to change your pasta & don’t tell you, it’s also not on the menu. Absolutely horrible service the manager looked like he was 16. Place is a dump.

the food is very overpriced and not that unique or tasty, they have a 4% fee if you want to use a credit card to pay which if you know about restaurants and their credit card fee, its something they are supposed to pay for not the customer, especially for how overcharged everything on the menu was. my friend later got sick and threw up which may or may not come from this place but i digress. service was good and atmosphere is small and intimate which is a good or bad thing depending on how you loud the people near you are. would not recommend at all

The food is good and the service great. Hats off to Sal. However, $53 for a small piece of Mediterranean Sea bass and $6 up charge for asparagus and $6 up charge for a small size of pasta! Outrageous!!

I don't complain at all because im in the same industry. But I sat at the. bar. Thus evening. the worst experience. He didn't even ask what wanted. for 30.minutes. i had ask the barback for water. and wine. He never ask me if wanted anything to eat. The worst service !!!
What an outstanding authentic Italian restaurant, great atmosphere, service,hospitality and food quality is top of the chart.The Ossobucco, spaghetti and Chicken Parmigiano were all blue ribbon quality and taste.A must dune spot in Naples.

It is difficult to give a restaurant this kind of rating when the food was so extraordinary. The service however, was very poor. We were told the kitchen was backed up about 30 minutes after we ordered- not difficult to understand, given it is in the midst of season in Southwest Florida and we were surrounded by the usual entitled and overdressed northeasterners - but to not get our dinner until an hour after we ordered, with patrons who arrived after us having been served and leaving? I didn't complain. It's not my style, and I sympathize with the staffing situation at restaurants here. I do suggest that if you choose to come here, come when "season" is over and sit inside. We sat outside and that may have been part of the problem. I'll think long and hard before coming back here.
