I honestly can’t rave enough. He’s probably one of the most talented and passionate people I have ever met. He has a full extensive knowledge of his ingredients and what wine to pair with it.
We hired Chef Justin for a private dinner party for 8 people. We had specific dietary restrictions but still wanted a high-end gourmet experience. Justin did not disappoint. He created an amazing Vegan menu that everyone enjoyed. Not only was each course beautifully plated, but he interacted with guests and explained each dish. It was a fun dining experience that we will definitely do again soon. The best part, he and his assistant took care of everything. They cleaned up the kitchen and even loaded my dishwasher. I didn't have to lift a finger.

The space provided or the words that I have can truly speak to how amazing David did with the dinner for my wife and I. It was for my wife's birthday and very last minute. David was able to pull together an amazing menu and under some strange circumstances. I asked for a Japanese menu and did he deliver. Picking the right fish and flavors that have us thinking about it a full 24 hours later. I look forward to the next time I am in the area and will dining with David as soon as time permits and I advise anyone to do the same.
