As a long time Chipotle fan, this was by far my best experience in about 15 years. We went on a Monday around 1 PM. When we walked in, the line was pretty long. It took us probably less than five minutes to get through. The employees were KILLING IT. They were quick and there was enough staff to ensure that everything was properly filled. Came in with my UNDERAGED DAUGHTER and General Manager Uriel was starring at her and was overly flirtatious. I spoke to some friends of mine and they have experienced this also with their own daughters. WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS WORLD!!!!!!! Chiptole needs to find a new General Manager ASAP!

I’ve never been the type of person to write reviews but this chipotle has terrible customer service. My bowl that is normally $16 was $20 (for ONE bowl) because I got extra rice. When I mentioned how I’ve never been charged for extra rice this guy at the counter tells me “well it’s not free” as if it’s always costed more. I’ve been going to chipotle for years across the country and NOT ONCE have I been charged for extra rice. Someone higher up needs to get this place in check.

I've been here a few times, each time is a disappointment. The place is a mess, the service is terrible, the food is always cold, and the employees actually have no clue what they are doing. I've never seen a dumber bunch of people. It's actually ridiculous.

Disrespectfully asked our group to leave because some were in shorts and a bathing suit top. This could be understandable, but the situation was handled disrespectfully even though we gave zero push back. One person from the group stayed to order our food that was fully clothed and was still given blatant disrespect as she was ordering, to the point where another employee had to tell the employee serving her to “be nice”. the attitude and rudeness was not deserved especially considering we were still all paying customers. disgusting and distasteful experience.

I normally give the benefit of the doubt when things go poorly, I barely ever take the time to write bad reviews, but this is the literal third time we order from here and the food is either inedible or missing. We will never be ordering from this location ever again.
This store was so dirty. There were many people working, but the guy at the cash register kept walking away and talking to his coworkers instead of checking out the customers. I counted 8 people working, and it was not very busy, but still the garbage was overflowing, every single table was dirty, soda all over the counter, and one guy was on a smoke break.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Just had the worst experience at this chipotle ever. I started with rice and he gave me 1/4 scoop and started to move on. ??? I asked for another. He gave me another 1/4 scoop. When i thought how ridiculous this was I asked for another and he told me he'd have to charge me for it. I haven't even covered the bottom of the bowl yet. Then I asked for a side tortilla as I often like to make a mini burrito with my leftover for lunch. He charged me for a full tortilla and gave me the 4 inch taco tortilla instead. He skimped on the meat, lettuce, corn and cheese and I feel like if I bought two bowls of the same order it still wouldn't fill the bowl of one order. Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs new management because it's a horrible place to even call a food establishment, given the fact that people have these experiences every 30 minutes.
