We have eaten at Coast several times in the past couple of years. I will not go back . We've watched the food quality go down but last night was the final nail in the coffin. Coast has a gulf front view with great sunsets! It's lovely! The food was awful and I was unable to eat my ahi tuna appetizer which was my main course. It smelled a little off and I put one slimy bite in my mouth and got rid of it in my napkin. My husband and I have raw fish at least twice a week at another restaurant and love their fresh fish. The fish at Coast wasn't fresh and should not have been served. My husband's fish dish was repugnant to the nose and he chose not to eat it. He gave me a sample and, upon smelling it, I knew it was bad. Our server didn't check with us for at least 20 minutes after the food was served. The manager did take my tuna off of the bill. This might be a nice place for sunset cocktails but eat somewhere else.

3pm afternoon in the same day received the call to inform me that they run out of certain items like shrimp, steak , scallop.... It's way to late to change venue during season for nice "higher" scaled restaurants. We have no choice with out of town guests but to go there. We found out they also run out off some side items like black rice when we ordered the limited menu items. Food and dessert were sub-standard comparing to their prices. The same bottle of wine was $20 higher than we had at another restaurant. The server is friendly. We miss Turtle Club for watching sunset in Naples...

Food was wonderful. Tuna poke really terrific. Fish was well prepared and, sizable Drinks ok. Not enough basil in Basil Smash Service erratic. We sat for 10 minutes at the table before anyone spoke to us. After 30 minutes we had water. Drinks arrived after appetizer. Three different people served us and they did not appear well coordinated. Asking for a slice of lemon .... We were sharing an appetizer but were given no utensil to split it. Clean forks were not provided for entrees Setting very nice at sunset It was a mixed message: world class food but everything else only so so Valet very welcoming
If you want an awesome sunset dinner, Dining outside at Coast is one of the best spots in Naples! We went in mid February and sun sets right in front of the dining room. Food is solid but the “MonkeyBunz” dessert is absolutely delicious. Fantastic spot for anniversary's, Birthdays and romantic date nights!

Beautiful location and nice atmosphere. Complimentary Valet with dinner reservation. I would return here, just not on a holiday. We did the NYE price fix dinner and it just was not worth it. Food was good, not above average. Very small portions. Wine by the bottle were priced well, not too expensive. Our waiter seemed inexperienced. Nice boutique hotel .
Understaffed. Waited a long time for our check and longer for the valet to appear. The wait staff was very friendly but not enough of them. Food was good but they were out of the one Blue Zone item on the menu. So so experience

Ambiance: upon arrival the overall ambiance was nice, the lobby was clean, the seating was spaced out and had comfortable and spacious tables.Food: the food was typical while dining in Naples. I have not found a good place in Naples and truly believe that good food simply doesn't exist within Naples. We placed my 4 year old nephews order first so that it would be out and distract him from creating mass destruction. The food came out after a long 30 minutes, his was nowhere to be found. About 15 minutes later he finally received his Mac and cheese which was literally...ICE cold. It was gross, we asked for them to take it back which they did and then proceeded to hand him a nuclear hot bowl of Mac and cheese that he could not touch. He waited, and then took his first bite which then resulted to him screaming bloody murder and burning his mouth. I ordered the burger - medium. It was one of the most over cooked dry burgers I have eaten. It tasted as if I was biting into a salt patty as well. Absolutely one of the worst $28 burgers I have had (which I can't say I've had many). My girlfriend's salmon was undercooked, and overall for the ridiculous price points - we expected a lot more.Service: the service was simply lackluster. No check ins to see how everything was, no refills, nothing. I would've understood if it was busy but it was slow and we were one of the first tables seated during the dinner shift. From the experience with my nephews food, to us wanting drinks and never getting them, and the really bad food, I simply would not recommend this place. Then when we wanted to leave no valet was found anywhere. We asked someone in the hotel lobby who then retrieved our keys for us and I then proceeded to pick up my own vehicle.

We did the 2023 Christmas buffet. Was a little disappointed that the hotel website menu was different than what was actually served. The hotel menu indicated a raw bar with oysters, crab claws and shrimp. The actual menu didn't include a raw bar, only shrimp on the salad bar. Rest of the food was ok, some things better than others, but overall was disappointed with the price point given what was supposed to be on the menu.

The evening was excellent from beginning to end. It started with a charming young valet who parked our car (no charge for Coast patrons) and bountiful, gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The service was excellent, professional. The food was delicious. We enjoyed looking out to the ocean from our table.
We went for a nice relaxing dinner after watching the sunset at the Edgewater hotel and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent, attentive, and the food was delicious and amazing as well. Absolutely love this place and will be back.

Worst dinner out in the USA! Buffet with empty dishes, melted ice cream, dirty utensils. The staff were apologetic and didn't charge the $95 per person. For a Thanksgiving buffet when it was too late to go elsewhere it was more than disappointing.
