Our bartender Courtney was so knowledgeable on the menu and recommended the chicken risotto (friend instead of roasted) SO good. Matthew who helped us carry a box of wine to our car was so helpful and kind. 10/10 for every aspect. Food, service, everything.

Very disappointing experience.Arrived on time for 5:30 reservation on St Patty’s Day. We waited a few minutes to be seated and then were told by the hostess that they had run out of corned beef and cabbage. Really? At 5:30? Very poor planning on their part, especially since they had advertised the dinner and the price point in advance.

The manager was very nice and tried to make our situation better but our experience over all was horrible.We had a reservation which was VERY delayed because a party had not left the table. The manager comped two appetizers and samples. This was very nice. She really tried.Then our food took forever. Two of the people at our table didn’t get their food! The manager comped those and we took them to leave.The food we did get was very good and the manager and our waiter were great but the night was really a hot mess.
We ordered what we thought was a typical appetizer one might find anywhere, we were stunned with what I can only call a spectacularly flavorful plate of Sweet, Hot & Sour Calamari that stunned my wife and me (not too hot, sweet or sour). The cup of Lobster, Shrimp and Seafood Bisque I ordered as a starter came and it left me speechless. My main course, Gnocchi had a pillowy texture that melted in my mouth, unfortunately due to my previous courses I was unable to completely devour it without more time, much more time. Whatever you decide as a main course there is a wine especially paired with it from their vast assortment. Be prepared for a feast of Pretzel Bread, appetizers, wine, and main courses and be sure to plan for repeat visits to complete your experience!

The food was delicious - large portions. It was very noisy til about 8:15. Our waiter was very attentive and offered us good advice and suggestions when we asked. We will definitely go back again.

We frequent this restaurant regularly and we always enjoy it and last night was no exception. My wife ordered the pistachio crusted grouper which she really enjoyed. I ordered the pretzel crusted pork chops which were amazing. Our server Colin is the ultimate professional. Friendly attentive and personable. The wine selection is top notch. On top of fact that everything was great it's also a great value. I recommend it highly.

We showed up about 15 minutes early for a 6:30 reservation, in which I indicated that we prefer a booth (party of 3). I was celebrating my birthday yesterday and naturally wanted it to be special. Unfortunately, they tried to seat us in a newly opened section at a table but we said we would wait for a booth. I was told we did say )Booth preferred) so I guess that means, too bad so sad. So, we waited and after another 15 minutes or so, we left and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Casa Catzelli in a booth.
As always, all of you were totally accommodating from front desk check in to wine retrieval at exit! Nowhere else do we receive the same kind of service that we receive with you all. Our waitress, Jane, hustled to serve our every request. The food is fantastic- & consistent across the country! You do everything right, and deserve whatever comes your way, and hope people are kind enough to thank you appropriately. Well done!?

I was given a gift card for $50 purchased at this location. I have the receipts and everything and have been told the $50 has been removed and it can't be used? How does that happen especially with a receipts. I have yet to have this explained. We have been members since 2017 and have never had this happen? Sincerely confused and disappointed ):

Our server Alex and the manager (forgot her name, she is blonde) were outstanding and accommodating. All of the staff was kind and attentive. The food was SUPERB. As a wine club member, I am truly proud of such a wonderful restaurant.

We ended up sitting at the bar and then ate dinner there also the bartender Debbie was fabulous and so was David we had a wonderful dinner and a fantastic evening together with our friends ! Definitely will be back ?

The food and beverages were excellent as well as the service. The noise level was also excellent. There was adequate parking. The restrooms were clean and adequate. All and all the dining experience was nice and adequate and I would recommend it to my friends.
