I was unbelievably shocked at how the whole experience of the restaurant was this evening. I have family over and wanted to treat them to a fun meal here and it was horrible from the moment we opened the door up until we left the parking lot. Walking in we were not greeted at all in fact we stood at the door for about 10 mins before one waitress motioned to just sit wherever and she went back to fumbling over whatever she had in her hands. Moments later another lady came over said they were really busy it’s a very long wait but we could sit down and they will get to us when they get to us. Probably waited another 15 minutes or so just to order drinks. Waited another 20 mins or so for the drinks and then not all of them even came out. Three sodas came out and another 20 mins then 2 of the 3 alcoholic beverages came out. They kept forgetting. Finally ordered appetizers which took another 20 or so minutes to come out. When it did we ordered our meal and not soon after our appetizers arrived our meal arrived. Still missing some of orders simple like applesauce never arrived, no refills offered. Food was awful, service was terrible , not worth the wait time or money and that sucks to have to say. We had to asl for simple things like silverware or straws because we just weren’t given them. We had to fetch our own menus. And to think for $350 we would’ve gotten an incredible experience to share with our family we brought to this establishment but instead we all have nothing good to say. Seems pretty unfair to what ever staff was there because things were clearly not being handled the way it should have. We will never come back and if we as consumers deserve our money back with apologies but will probably never see that. Go elsewhere is my final say.

This is a fun place. Delicious comfort food.. Loved the gator bites with mashed potatoes, gravy and collard greens. I hear the BBQ ribs are great! Live music in the Tiki bar was ?

Super neat little place off the main drag. The food was good and the atmosphere was very laid back and relaxed. Service was quick and very friendly. There's a lot of parking in the back, and tons of seating inside. Check it out if you get a chance!

I really was excited to take 4 of us. We were excited to try the Gator bites and al the other well reviewed food. Our server came over welcomed us and took our drink, app order, and food order. Unfortunately, that was the last time we saw her! Gator bites never showed and drinks had to be ordered from the bar and paid separately. After 30 minutes our food came and it was excellent. We had to stop a bus boy to get someone to give us a bill so we could pay and leave. This could have been a great hangout place and one I was hoping I could repeat. Not sure why she disappeared and we were ignored, but we will not be back!
