The "gift cards" is a scam. Presumably you get $20 if you send a $100 gift card. I sent a gift card to a friend for $250 (not just $100) and I have not gotten the $20. They will NOT honor my purchase of the gift card because it was not in their "time frame". I purchased it 2 days prior before the promotion began. Nowhere did it say that the program was not yet effective, altho their website was promoting this gift card. And when I asked for the $20, I was denied! This PR stinks!!! If they were conscious, they would realize that in my using the $20, I would spend waaaayyy more than that in food and drinks. Very disappointing. I will not go into any one of their restaurants ever again!

We had a terrible experience with the manager last night at Yabba's. He was extremely rude & argued with us over a mistake he made. This event should never have escalated to the point it did. Our evening was completely ruined. After returning home I called my credit card company to check on the charges from the restaurant. The manager Keith Cronebach charged us twice on purpose. This was no accident & totally illegal. I will be pursuing this matter further perhaps with an attorney.

Culinary Concepts refused to prove that a $100 gift card was used, they claimed it had $0 balance however the card was shipped to NH and last week was the first time it was actually in Naples. They LOST all the transaction history on the card! I had to fight them to get them to put even $50 on the card. What company can't properly track a gift card. What a joke!

We have enjoyed dining at, Culinary Concepts' Pazzo Ristorante on 5th Ave. for many years. The food was always of high quality and the prices were fair. Lately, however, the converse is true. In March, I ordered my favorite dish, Tuna Puttanesca, as I have for a few years and it came with the lowest quality Tuna, full of grizzle or veins. Nowhere else have I been served such garbage! I complained to the waiter, which is most likely as far as it went. In addition, the price was raised from $27.50 to $31.50. Last night, prior to attending a play we noticed that the price is now $36.00! Needless to say, I ordered a different dish, Chicken Aqua Limone, which turned out to be dry and tasteless. My wife's Grouper was not any better. We will not return to this establishment even though we have a Culinary Concepts Club Card.
