I did my order online early so I could be delivered at 11:45 with time before my lunch time, the order got here by 12:30 my 30 min lunch was done already. I called the store twice to verified where the driver was at, and they it was on her way, but the order was marked as delivered since 12:10 and it was not. The guy told me he did not have a camera on the driver (really bad costumer services) and the driver MILAGRO was even worst when she came in said MAMI COME DOWN ...

We ordered two pizzas for pick up. The pizzas were done pretty quickly. But they didn’t taste good - undercooked and very greasy. Definitely won’t be going back.

Placed order over 1:20min call the store 3 times to check on status , answer was had no eta on delivery time, didn't even bother offering a discount of any type , rush me off the phone reason had to make more pizza, but only thing he offer was " I could canceled the order" dominos pizza has become an nightmare of a business, compare to pass years, I will definitely never order again from them.

I've ordered from this dominos for years and only occasionally have had a small issue here or there but this was NOT a small issue. I ordered a pizza and bread bites for delivery and received a cold, half eaten pizza with ants in the box and a side of cold loaded tots. You literally can't make this stuff up. They remade my food and sent it back out quickly which was appreciated but like, how in the world does this even happen??

The gentleman that took my order was very nice and patience with me and my son. Also, we were able to sit down at the restaurant to eat.
Very good place to stay and eat a really good pizza. Keep in mind that where are only 2 tables inside.

Ordered online - they said my address was wrong when I offered to send a picture of my receipt with the right address. Manager said “sorry it’s on you” when I offered to show proof! I’ll just dispute it with my bank

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service! Took forever to take my order, and then gave attitude to those behind me who didn't speak Spanish. Didn't even try to understand them; me and others had to go over to translate and help out the poor family. After that, the guy who took our orders went to make the pizzas started complaining in English (thinking we didn't understand) about that family saying that "why would they come here at this time and order so much food when they don't even speak English". Absolutely disrespectful. Made and served 3 orders before mine when mine was the first one on the board. Waited 1 hour for my "15 - 20 min" order, which was just a large pepperoni pizza. Others had way larger orders. Extremely understaffed as well! Only 2 staff members working on a SUNDAY (5/28) - not to mention MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND; one had attitude and the other didn't even look up from his phone most of the time.

The worst store, I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza that never arrived and the worst thing was the employee who answered my call and why did he bother for me to tell him that if the pizza would arrive tomorrow, he told me in that moment that because of that comment he now canceled my order and he hung up on me. disrespectful thieves, why did they steal my money and cancel my order, I never buy in that store again in my life and someone You have to take responsibility for this lack of respect. mediocre pizza dominos
