Terribly rude service… just stopped to get food, she asked me if I wanted hashbrowns, I said yes. Then at the window, they didn’t give them to me because she said she didn’t charge me for them with a nasty attitude!! Totally her fault. And she wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Definitely need a new manager or staff at the store!! Guess I should’ve looked at all of the other terrible reviews. Who’s in charge of hiring here? They should really look at this.

Don't get matcha here. It's majority milk and maybe half a scoop of matcha powder. Also, If you ask for a milk substitute, they'll pour regular milk instead. I might as well go to the Publix nearby and make myself matcha at home.

I was charged $1.00 for a pup cup!!! The smallest pup cup ever, I might add! There was probably 5 cents worth of whipped cream. Starbucks gives 5 times that for free, with a smile, I might add! Worth it to drive a little farther up the road, better drinks, better service, worth the extra money.

This place never fails to jack my order up. Every. Single. Day. I was spending an average of 10-15$ a day here, which comes to 300-450$ a month, & I'm done. Bought my own espresso machine. Failure to provide consistent and accurate food and drink service will continue to hurt this business, especially with a McDonald's opening VERY shortly across the street.

I have been going to Dunkin donuts almost every other day for either my family or people at my work and I have never once walked in and not waited. I walked in and ordered my food and the second that I was done picking out the donuts my sandwiches were done I have never had that experience at a Dunkin donuts place. You can definitely tell that they work real hard. Every time I come here I don't think I've ever waited more than a minute or two. You guys have great crew and great management.

One of the best additions to the Golden Gate Estates area. I frequent this location with my puppy so often they know my voice through the order intercom system. Amazing staff, everyone loves on my puppy too which is always appreciated!

This is the location closest to my house, so I continue to come here. They NEVER stir their drinks and the employees aren’t very friendly the few times I have actually interacted with them. They have even had employees in full blown fights right in front of the store over a night out gone wrong. Not the best culture here, but the coffee is good enough just never made well. Most of the time the food I’ve gotten has been good.

Don’t waste your time here. staff and manager are just rude. I order my ice caramel macchiato with oatmilk light on the syrup requesting 3 pumps, she said Ice or warm I clearly said Ice. When I got to the window she was handing me a hot drink told her it was ice. she looked all upset it’s not my fault she didn’t listen. Then they went to remake my ice coffee and I clearly asked for oatmilk. Other girl brought my drink with no sticker just by looking at it I could tell it wasn’t oatmilk and it had a lot of syrup. I asked her is this oat milk she said yes not caring. When I left I could taste the regular milk I could feel it in my stomach since I get a reaction from milk. They clearly don’t care just go to Starbucks it’s worth the extra drive and money plus they’re always friendly.
