RED FLAG - Health hazard with flies and insects inside the Donut glass counter!! When asked for manager contact info, the staff were rude, negligent and disrespectful. One of the staff said ‘You’re not going to eat the flies, just eat the donut.!’ This location must be banned from operating!Naples residents:Beware of multiple complaints and Google reviews on this location. Urge you to report this to the Naples Food Safety Authority !!

I pulled up to Speaker and was greeted by a Girls Voice. I began talking to place my order and a young kid told me wait I’ll be right with you! so I waited a while and didn’t think that they could hear me and it was taking a while so I just pulled up because I was just getting a black coffee, Ridiculous the way the Kid at the Window spoke to me telling me.”I thought I told you to wait back there? Now I can’t serve you.You can’t order from this Window.” You don’t talk to customers that way I’ve been in the restaurant business for years and you don’t tell a customer” I thought I told you to do this!” unbelievable told me to come inside. I came inside was too busy and said forget about it I went down to race track and got a nice cup of coffee for two dollars with no harassment. I will never go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again terrible. !

Has a cute swing set.. good service.. they helped me with milk for my toddler.. and we also got the caramel craze hot large latte.. clean bathrooms..

This Dunkin is NASTY. I took my daughter in to use the restroom because we are on a roadtrip. We planned on getting donuts after. When we went in the bathroom the toilets are absolutely disgusting, full over flowing trash cans, toilet paper all over the floor. One stall the toilet was FULL of paper and poop stains on the seat, the other one had pee on every spot of the seat possible. They smelled nasty as well. We did not buy donuts because of the condition of the restroom. I cannot imagine the cleanliness being any better in the kitchen if they leave the bathroom like that. No way that happened from one person, it had to have been like that for HOURS. I told the lady at the front and she did not seem to care at all, no apology, no urgency at all, just a nasty look and a very unenthused "ok thanks". I do not recommend this place at all, go to McDonald's next door.
