Visited this location while on vacation and was very disappointed with the service and quality of drinks we received. Our orders were the wrong sizes and incorrectly made. After attempting to communicate with staff regarding the mix up we received "WHAT!" as the reply. The owner of this location should be ashamed of the staff they had working yesterday. From a cashier walking away from us to one who didn't speak English at all.

Umm hmm it sucked my 1st time going there. Went thru drive thru and put my order in and then when I got to the window. The girl with all the piercings looked lost as if she was high and asked what did I order. There was no line it was busy I just drove off.

I used the drive thru a pumpkin spice latte and a maple glazed donut. My whole order was wrong. The latte was iced which they changed as I ordered hot. I didn't realize until I left that the donut was not the maple but plain. Just disappointed.

Walked in to place an order and the cashier looked at me and said “I need a minute”. She left and five other staff member s walked by without even acknowledging me. Made me feel like I was no where as important as the drive thru customers. Left after sitting there for 5 minutes being ignored. Extremely poor customer care. Ended up walking out. No one even noticed.

Everyone is so rude and have no respect literally js stand there and do not speak at all it's been two time where they silently gave my order then we stand there staring at each other like my order is all done... doesnt even say anything which is hard because we usually js stand there waiting.. and literally talk shit in Spanish like I don't know Spanish my self stupid asses

Always get overcharged or don’t give the correct change back at this location. Seems by the reviews this happens a lot! Are they collecting their own tips ??? Happens to often! Not very nice workers when you go inside to order. They act like customers are an inconvenience!!!

Cashier was super racist and rude , completely got my order wrong! Ordered a hot decaf and they gave give me a iced coffee and wouldn't swap it while I was still in the drive thru window. Exact word "we already made this coffee so there's nothing we can do" a simple swap out for my coffee would've been nice and professional. Manager with spray painted white hair and white beard started cursing at me because I wouldn't leave the line until I got my coffee swapped out for a hot coffee. I WARN YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!!!! The staff in the morning really hate their job. Super super super super super super super super racist!!!!
