I just stopped by, the lady speak Spanish and English. I spoke to her in Spanish she replied in English, then I heard her talking to a coworker, and referring to an elderly man in Spanish saying ya le hiciste al café a ese viejo! Very disrespectful, not friendly at all

This location has the worst customer service. The orders are not given correctly. The attitude of most of the employees who are in the Drive thru is the worst.

my friends and i were up late last night and wanted something quick to munch on since it was a late morning. when we had went to order we could tell the women at the register was mixing up all of our orders but on my receipt it seem correct. but on my other friend they charged her for 2 avocado toast and a grilled cheese when she just wanted one avocado toast ,so we said something. she had also given me 2 sausage wake up wrap when i said bacon. she had given my friend her money back in cash when she paid with her card she should've gotten the money back onto her card!we were in dunkin for about 30 minutes for them just trying to fix our order even then they were having trouble trying to fix our order. i will not be coming back to this dunkin for showing that they can not seem to complete a simply order correctly.

They don't speak any English they r so slow they is asked to be the nastiest Dunkin doughnuts I've ever went to. They have roaches crawling around in the bathroom and everything there was a spider on the toilet seat. They also are so petty.

Waited 10 minutes for anyone to serve us. I had to ask to purchase a few Donuts since the girls were simply doing everything but serving customers. We just stood there trying to get their attention to no avail. It was 3 of them and all seem to not care that any of us were lined up. They practically did us a favor by selling us Donuts at Dunkin Donuts. I sincerely hope that management can find better employees.

Service was horrible would not recommended going here the whole staff is a bunch of rude employees I went to order a coffee and a wrap and I couldn't even order it because the lady was already telling me to pull forward and when I told her I was gonna order one more thing she gives the biggest sigh ever. If you don't like your job quit that simple.

Stopped here on a weekday later in the afternoon and used the drive through. The guy working was super nice and fast however there were hardly donuts left and the one I got was so dry and old tasting.

I get more wrong drinks from here than any other Dunkin in Naples. I get the same drink every time. Defcalf caramel macchiato. No caramel most of the time. Get a black coffee at times when I put in the same order. I would absolutely not recommend thins dunkin unless you want a black coffee.
