Order was completely wrong. Ordered pumpkin cold latte. Medium hot coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar. No pumpkin flavor. Ticket read 4 cream 5 sugar. Asked for banana nut muffin. Received blueberry. Following week same problem.

Both coffee’s orders were wrong even after addressing it it was still wrong, ordered a breakfast sandwich and was horrible. Egg was cold and so was the bacon. Ended up throwing out my whole order.

Called three times to the store to resolve issue before posting this, no answer on any attempt. Drive thru wait time not bad. ordered several breakfast wraps and munchkins with two drinks. missing three of six wakeup wraps, had to change munchkin order at window because they ran out one car in front of me. one drink was wrong. I gave a three dollar tip on the 35 dollar order because I work in fast food also. However, this order was messed up at several steps and taking it home to my family and not having the order correct was a bad experience.

When I moved here over a year ago, it was great. Very slow, long lines but now they have new Management and her name is Trina. She knows my order and all I have to say is good morning Trina and she knows right away who I am. Treat these hard working people with respect. You never know what someone may be going through, short staffing, which can't be helped because some people don't want to work. Give them a fair chance, thus far it was a great change and "Trina" you are the best. Great asset to this company.

Ordered two medium lattes, when got home and got them off the cup holder noticed they were only half full! Are you kidding me? This is stealing peoples money! This is not the first time it happens at this location. Horrible!!! Makes me angry ???

I love me some Dunkin before work in the mornings. I order every morning on the app to gain points towards a free drink. My go to order is the cold brew black & a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The drive thru is quick and I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 5 mins in line. They are definitely under staffed so be nice to the over worked employees!
The worst Dunkin by far of any I have ever been to. Rude people work there and really could care less about your business. Stay away from this place. There coffee is cold and there baked products are always stale.

Love this place, the employees are always friendly. The foods usually always good, unless it's a long line. Because there so fast maybe it gets a little warm. But I wait now for the line to move and it's fresh and hot every time. I love the little filled bagels bites. My favorite, I guess there's a little bakery behind it walked in there one day by accident. And the workers in there were so friendly also. Love this whole little building I wish I could give it ten stars. You can check my reviews I usually only have negative stuff to say. But this place front and back. I love it

It used to be a good location but management must be different. They no longer toast the bagels and don't get the special orders correct. We order for our clinic through ubereats and maybe that's why this is happening. Regardless, it's a management issue and needs to be rectified. Now we order from a diner that's local and they are happy to have our business. Toasting a bagel and not getting added items is trivial in the grand scheme of things but, it's costing dunkin donuts and the driver, money now since we have given up on ordering from there.

My bf is a driver for the bakery, he's an amazing driver and the bosses and owner can see that. Very friendly place to get coffee very friendly to eat. And unlike most bosses, they don't believe most things angry customers say about there employees out of anger. If they did I guarantee my hard working bf would have lost his job. Its a shame when people go after other people's jobs when they don't want to work. But I applaud this dunkin donuts for standing up for there employees and making a he'll of a good coffee. I enjoy this location and will not change even if my bf decides to change jobs. I'm a pharmacist down here on shadowlawn, this is my dunkin.

Tried to pick up an order for delivery well into the morning hours, drive-thru line was around the block. Several other people came by and tried the door saying they had ordered ahead for a reason. There were staff inside and after someone stood there knocking an employee finally popped their head up to point to the drive-thru. No signs anywhere indicating the lobby is closed. I am trying to make a living, not sit in line for a half hour, what a joke.
