Everytime I ask for extra strawberry cream cheese... I barely get 1. I get charged for two.I'm going to start requesting the employees don't put a tiny blob on my bagel. I want my 2 Strawberry cream cheese, I'll spread it myself.I also don't like it toasted, which I say in my order.

Ive been burned here too many times! I ordered 2 everything bagels and only got 1 (which was over toasted per usual). At least they gave me a croissant sandwich by mistake which made up for missing bagel but my child was pissed. Then i also didnt get hashbrowns i ordered so other child was pissed. The lines inside and out were too long to go back inside. I tried calling and it rang forever then hung up. I know its just Dunkin so i dont expect amazing quality but i do expect to get all the food i paid for!

A drive-thru full of incompetent employees. 3/3 times there is an issue when going to this location. I am officially over it! Employees cannot understand the simplest of instructions, something is always incorrect, bagels are rock hard but cold, drinks taste different each time, most of the time they're not good and poured down the drain.

Dunkin corporate needs to close this location down and completely overall the store, retrain the owner, empower the staff and instill systems.- Have you heard of the TV show Bar-Rescue? ... this place needs a Dunkin'- Rescue!

I pre order on the app. I get there usually 10 min after I order. 90 percent of the time it's not ready and the workers are usually on there personal phones and not doing anything. Then when I finally get my order it's 50/50 on whether it's made correctly or not. Also they never have straws out for customers to have.

I never ever ever ever leave reviews because quite honestly I never care that much about my service and if it was bad or good. But Dunkin’s service really stood out to me. I go to the drive thru to get a quick small latte. There is not one single other car in the drive thru. I order my coffee and go to wait to get my coffee. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that I literally waited in my car for 20 minutes before getting my coffee. I’m only leaving this review so that hopefully one of the owners of this location will see this and all the other reviews and hopefully tell their employees to get their act together. I love dunkin coffee but this makes me never want to come back here again. Also the employee was kind of rude.
