It's close by, I go every now and then, probably at least a dozen times plus. It's definitely not great as in authentic real deal Mexican food, but definitely not bad for what you can find on the menu.. service wants to either shank you for ruining their phone time, be the coolest server ever, or forget you exist (which is kinda cool if they already served your food, 20 minutes after trying to get their attention, you can wander out and leave, then show up a week later with zero consequences.) but the ambiance is good, really nice, the tacos and enchiladas are pedestrian, not street real deal stuff, but it's good. The mole enchiladas are rich but flavorful, hot sauces have a lot to be desired, but overall it's not bad at all. Works for that 'I'm hungry, where do you wanna go?'-- 'I dunno, where do you wanna go?'-- 'find a place, what are you in the mood for?'-- 'I don't care, I'm hungry, pick a place..'-- 'F-it! Just go to La sierra, I'm hungry' type place. I haven't experienced the late night back bar, but a young me would probably rate it a star or 2 higher from what I hear. For now, I recommend this if you're local (don't drive out of your way).

I am originally from Texas so I have quite a variety of Mexican and TexMex at my fingertips. This place has one of if not the best Torta de Milanesa de pollo that I've ever had!! Hands down. Festive environment. Service was not outstanding but good. Gratuity is automatically added to dine in guests. I wasn't expecting that part but I guess that's part of the culture here in Florida? First restaurant I've been to that's added their own gratuity of 18%. I would've tipped 15-22% depending on service. I would say the service was equal to the 18% that was automatically calculated, but tipping should always be an option especially for a party of 2. Just a heads up on that. And for that I've given the 3 stars. My BF had the asada and it was tasty as well.

If you want one ear to hear one song and the other another , this place is for you! The place was referred to us by an acquaintance. Started by waitress walking away when we got there and I guess we were supposed to read her mind and follow. Food was mediocre. We had guests with us in the form of flies. When we complaint about the music and flies, she shrugged and pretty much said oh well. We are the fajitas and the cecina meat. Tasteless. Tortillas aren't even made. They come from a bag from Winn Dixie. Will. Not. Be. Back.

Awesome food and service Some traditional and eclectic items in the menu - We were road-tripping and stopped for a quick lunch and it was great ( and so was the margarita )

Me and my family felt discriminated because of my nationality. We walked In before me other people and we still got our drinks and food last. They attended everyone of the same nationalities but we rarely got checked in on. Also, the food was not good or fresh. The cheese was the kind you dip pretzels in. The only thing good about my experience was the singing. We waited on our meal for 1 hour and when we got it the carnitas were very very dry and crunchy. Which they aren't supposed to be. It was not good and the workers were very prejudice towards us.-
