Wow - that was a good sandwich!! Melissa suggested the Frankie’s Italian, and it was delicious. Nice, hidden spot you might never notice just driving by. Mellow atmosphere with counter service and a bar.Parking: Small aisles- watch where you’re going and go slow

Frankies use to be good. My sandwich had a small portion meat cheese veggies. Im going for a publix sub next time im jonesing for one. Twice the stuff for 1/2 the price.

Haven't tried the subs yet, but they have an excellent pizza with just the right crust and toppings. Also have delicious deserts such as tierramesou.

I highly recommend trying the Don sandwich, especially when warmed up and paired with a few slices of tomato. It's a delicious combination that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Maybe the worst and ungrateful host’ she rushed us to the point I said 3-4 times please slow down we are deciding it’s our first time here’ rolled her eyes twice’ finally I looked around 2 couples sitting down at 12pm’ they wonder why it’s slow here in the middle of our season? I don’t care how good the food is’ I can spend our money somewhere where it’s appreciated… I feel sorry for the owners’ of she’s an owner they will not be there long… Jersey mikes down the street? Has teen ages working and there so friendly and appreciative…
