Love this place. Small unassuming restaurant in a strip mall. Food is spectacular. Unique items you don't see at most places. We asked our server to surprise us with two appetizers and shared the octopus and duck bruschetta - delicious. The Mediterranean catch was also wonderful. They have a nice wine list and craft cocktails too. Server was very friendly and attentive. One of our favorite places in Naples.
My husband and I have been to Fuse many times and it has always been one of our favorites. The food has always been consistently good. It was a first visit for the others in our party and everyone loved their meal and the variety of choices.

We were seated on time for our reservation. The menu had many excellent offerings. The server suggested the short ribs which we both ordered. The entrees arrived and looked appetizing. The flavors were excellent however the temperature was not right. Not cold but only warm. Because the cost of dining out has increased significantly we felt we had to send them back. By the time the server checked on us we had eaten about a third of the dinner. She graciously took our plates to the kitchen to reheat them but didn't return for about 10 minutes. Mine was ok but my companion's was not. The break in the dinner made me lose my appetite and I ended up taking about 1/2 of the entree home in a box. This is a very good restaurant and I do recommend it. I just want them to be very careful of the food temperature for health reasons as well as enjoyment. I will return again to give it another try.

Fuse has clearly become one of our very favorite restaurants in Naples. It is excellent on so many fronts! The menu is beautifully varied and consistently excellent. We love their barbecue and the options available—and the remainder of their global selections are always creative in ingredients and preparation and distinctively delicious. Their craft cocktails and wine list are also both real standouts. And the service (we try to always have seasoned server Chris attend our table) is always friendly and very attentive. We also love the intimacy and feel of the room and the number of obvious regulars there who seem to be as big of fans of Fuse as we are. I highly recommend this place!

Such a wonderful birthday dinner! Cocktails were superb. Appetizer was different and so delish. The entrees were impeccable. They brought my husband a dessert to end off the evening. Best part was the service! You cannot beat this dinner!

Food was good. Not a lot of options for people who eat plant based. Chef is not very accommodating for people with specific food allergies. I had one option and that was only because I had to really ask for it. They were hesitant to change the menu. Very pricey

As a father taking his out of town daughter to dinner, we strive to make the best decision. The dinner was absolutely perfect! We both loved the food, and the overall experience. This being said, we are 30 years apart and the experience was just as enjoyable for both of us.

We've so enjoyed returning to Fuse Global Cuisine this year after our summer in Chicago. My wife and I are still blown away by the excellent craft cocktails, the fine quality and creativity of both the food and drink menu and the spot on service and upbeat attitude of our now regular server Chris and the remainder of the staff. This is a special place! I urge you to try it.

Unique flavorful comfort food. A small menu with an unusual combination of BBQ and creative fusion cuisine. The selection we had were delicious, well prepared and presented. We ordered Peking duck brushetta, pork belly bao and Thai boneless short ribs. We enjoyed every bite.

We love Fuse! One of the only menus in Naples that's unique, different and just plan difficult to decide what to get! Cocktails were great, wine list was good. Can't wait to come back.

The day's catch was triple tail. Our server said it would match perfectly with the French catch and was he right! It was absolutely delicious. Also excellent was the scallops with pork belly and the meat platter. Portions are large and most of us took food home. A great find!

We come to Fuse everytime we are in town. Fuse is an upscale BBQ restaurant with a vast bourbon list. From the drink selection to food, everything is above ordinary. We also enjoyed the dessert.
Exceptional. 1st timer and I'm hooked. A little pricey but worth every penny. Interior boho modern chic. Mouth watering Specialty drinks “bar” none. Chili was a different spin with delectable pork instead of beef. Best I've ever had and I'm not the pork lover. My Husband (the pork lover) did have the ribs and he said “the best he's ever had” and he lost his sense of taste. Lol. Lastly, the cinnamon Bourbon syrup Pastry a l'mode hits the root of all your tastebuds. Service was excellent as well. Warning: find a corner table because your reaction to ALL of it with be the experience of Sally from When Harry met Sally. 10 stars if that were possible.
