Our second time visiting Grappino’s. We sat at the bar again with Jackie & Anthony taking care of us. It was another delightful experience! We ordered the BB King pizza & the Margarita pizza. Absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend!! We’ve had the pasta during our previous visit. Also 5 star!! Just really good food, great service and 2 appreciative customers!!

The eggplant stack was totally disgusting. The eggplant was paper thin with an overload of greasy breading. Mentioned it to the server and the only thing that was said was I’m sorry. We sat under a heating/ air duct and it was dripping drops of moisture onto the table. The pasta was good and the server was good. We will not be a returning customer.Parking: 25

I did my research online to find this place, and glad I did. Great vibe, food and service. We sat in the bar area on a three top that was great, but I want to sit at one of the three indoor and outdoor bar seating areas next time…very cool. The ability to pick your pasta type and sauce combination is such a nice option in a fine restaurant. Recommend the Kale Caesar and Tagliatelle Boscaiola, they were divine.

We LOVE this restaurant. It's our version of Cheers...where everyone knows your name. The food is delicious. The manager, Nick Le Guyader is the best. Jackie is sweet and an attentive server. And David, the chef, never disappoints. We've brought many friends to this restaurant and they all say the same thing...the food is delicious! And they have another good thing going for them...the parking! No fighting for spots like downtown.

Love the atmosphere, small intimate, especially if you eat in bar area. Food and staff are excellent.
This place was so amazing. We went for our anniversary and everything was spot on. Our server Mary went above and beyond and didn’t miss a beat. She brought us everything we asked for, was amazing with descriptions and recommendations and was insanely polite. The food came out piping hot and freshly made. The wine was delicious and they gave us a special dessert for our anniversary! Tiramisu was fabulous! Only thing that could’ve been a tad better was a little more sauce on the pasta, so if you like more sauce just ask ahead of time! Other than that 10/10. Loved everything! Check it out! And ask for Mary!

Absolutely Fantastic, just went today with my wife for our Birthday. I was blown away at waitress' professionalism and knowledge of menu and wine selection. The pasta was a perfect Al Dente, warm, seasoned well and lots of flavor. Will be coming back!

WOW! Let's start with the food, the kale Caesar with the poached egg was amazing! We all created our own pasta dishes and they were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Next, the service by Yan and manager Nick, was beyond hospitable. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the whole team at Grappino!

Picked this restaurant for dinner on a rainy evening because it was very close to our hotel, and man, are we glad we did! Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza was fabulous, as was the wine. Super helpful and friendly staff too! Make a reservation and ask to sit in the bar area.
No ambience. Food was so underwhelming. Waiter was fine and helpful. Will not go back tho.

Our go to place for a good Italian pasta meal. You can choose the pasta and the toppings separately. We like to sit at the bar or in the lounge. The main room is kind of "barny".Good wines by the glass and cold draft beers.It's all good.

Had a fantastic lunch on the Patio. Jean took great care of us and my wife loved her calamari and beet salad. My pasta was cooked perfectly and piping hot. The manager thanked us on our way out for being there. Wonderful place.

I wish i could give this a zero star, but if i did, it wouldnt pop up in the yelp algorithm. Strap in folks, this is a hilarious story. I sat outside (a table for three) and was served by the manager Nick. We ordered a Kale Caesar Salad which came with a Poached Egg. As the salad arrived, the egg on top was essentially over easy. We asked to have it replaced, and they graciously obliged. Unfortunately, we received and even WORSE poached egg. We asked for the salad to be removed from the bill, and our outstanding manager in charge of it all (Nick), insisted that the egg was 'poached properly when we sent it out, the chef checked'. Not a good look to insult your customers over having scrambled eggs over a Caesar Salad. I hope that every person reason this review knows that this is officially the WORST, all capital letters, WORST. restaurant in Naples. If someone suggests Grappino to you, kindly suggest you get an Italian Combo from Publix instead. Cheers, A very disgruntled Grappino customer.
