June 15, 2023 @ 5PM - When cutting into the cookie I picked up today for my daughter's 3rd birthday, it was noticeably undercooked, damp, and folded over. I immediately called the location and explained that the cake was not cooked thoroughly and respectfully asked for a new cake or refund. The employee began arguing with me stating that all of their cakes are cooked for the allotted 12 minutes and there is no way that it was raw. I again explained that it was in fact raw and would like a replacement or a refund. She rudely said no and that there was no way it wasn't cooked enough. She finally agreed to remake the cake, but after the condescending way I was spoken to, I decided to not pick a new one up for fear of food tampering due to her behavior. I understand that mistakes happen with the baking process, but it is unacceptable the way I was spoken to and will no longer spend my money there. Over $40 for a cookie and this is what I get.

With this Napless, FL location being under new management the products and service are now outstanding. Everything is baked fresh daily and the place is neat, organized and spotless. I ordered a cookie cake and it was moist and fresh and truly delicious. I highly recommend this establishment for all your cookie/cake needs.

Recently under NEW MANAGEMENT the cookies and cakes are amazing! Made fresh daily you cannot beat the delicious, moist fresh taste of their products. I highly recommend them for a birthday or special occasion. Staff is professional and super friendly too

Despite ordering online two days prior on 10/23 for a 12pm pickup on 10/25 the order was NOT ready. We arrived at 12:30 for pickup and was told there was no order. We provided full name and details to no avail. I was told there were no online orders. I had to pull up the confirmation email with the order number (that explicitly says would not be needed for pickup) only to have them suddenly see the order. Needless to say we waited for the cookie. I gave a two star rating instead of one star because someone hustled to get it done at 1pm. The place wasn’t busy so no real excuses.
